After reading this discussion I’ve come to realize that there are quite a few guys who might be in a similar situation as me.

Just recently went and here's my review and experience. Bottom line: trust previous comments! 
I got the Emperors package as suggested and holy sh*t! The table scrub and rinse was worth it alone! I couldn't believe after that I was still in for a full massage. The presoak hottub was eh, but relaxing.
