It was pretty fantastic. Being acquainted helped with some of the awkwardness of meeting what’s usually a stranger. He was so warm and welcoming and we had a ton of fun together:). I did give him an out if he felt uncomfortable but he was totally fine with it. 

I think it would have to be awkward. Do all your mutual acquaintances know you're both attracted to men? Do they know one of you hires sex workers? Do they know onenof you IS a swx worker? Do you want your provider to know where you live?
Yes, it may be a turn-on to be with someone you didn't know was available to you, but I would find it more stressful than erotic, especially after the fact.

So I went against my better judgment and had a session with Leo despite the lack of references here, and boy was it a let down. He’s definitely the guy pictured, but the photos are dated and his body is nowhere near what he put forward in his profile.

Decided to try this place out yesterday. I booked a 105-minute Emperor's package. It went closer to 2 hours. I paid $170. The booking was all done by SMS on my phone. Once I locked in the package type and start time, I asked them who my masseur would be. They sent me these photos and asked me to pick one. I picked Nae because it says he does Thai-style, which I really like. He was not afraid to get his fingers all up in everywhere...and inside everywhere. (When he first slipped a finger in, he stopped and asked: "Is this OK?" Which I thought was really nice.)
Towards the end of the massage part (while still face down), he started to do some reach arounds and caressing between my legs. He was getting me really aroused. Then he flipped me over and took his time to finish me off. 
The best part was that after the HE, it wasn't over. He kept going with some more Thai-style stretching and neck massage. 
The whole experience was very much worth the price paid!
 
 

Street Parking was 2 hours free and easy to find in the middle of the day, setup was a table in a studio apartment. There was a dog too, he was very behaved and went away into the bathroom during the session. The table was wide and nice. Everything was very clean, with lots of beautiful plants around the house. Much nicer than many of the San Diego apartments I’ve found myself in on these types of adventures lol!

Will is traveling solo now - he’s in San Diego this week. Saw him on his own and he gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in years. We had so much fun too. He’s gorgeous and has a really sweet demeanor. I wondered if it would be just as fun one-on-one, and I was blown away by what a great session we had. Highly recommend! 

20% retention rate isn’t bad. You’ve only been going a year, needs longer. It takes ages to build a regular client base.
You say you use a script post session. I wouldn’t do that. A script feels like a hard sell. Have a few messages you’d like to get over but do it in a personal way that is tuned towards the client. You need to get to know them at a more personal level. My guess is they feel ‘sold to’ and massage (whatever the style) is a very personal one to one service. Make it so they feel you see them as a whole person not another client. Contact them after the session to see how the session improved their pain (tell them you’ll do a follow up call in a week or so and are they ok with that?). You’ll get re bookings on those calls (but don’t force it). 
Also I think offering a one hour session is a good idea. People want to try you out before committing to a longer session. You could do the 1 hour and then offer the next 90m at a reduced rate. That reduces the barrier of the unknown for them and gives them the full experience at a reduced cost. Once you build in them the habit of coming back they’ll come back more. 
Business courses aren’t the place to learn this stuff. Learn it by doing. Ask the 20% of customers who do come back why they do so. Ask all your customers how they found you and what made them book. Listen to your customers. The answers are there , not in a business course. That would be a waste of money and time. 
Basically the number one rule is know who your customer is, understand what they want, and give it to them in a way that is satisfying but leaves space for more. In everything think of your customer first. You don’t go wrong if you think about who they are and what they want. Oh and whilst you’ll get great advice on business on here from successful providers (☺️) your client base is unlikely to be on here….

He’s based out of S Florida and I’ve passed on him because of his price.  Guys that look like that and charge that much generally do not deliver down here.

Tried him out, he’s cute but wouldn’t recommend. The massage was good (deep tissue, nice lotion) but the extras weren’t so fun. Bad hotel with lots of noise and his phone dinging the entire time. Who knows, YMMV 🤷‍♂️
