We miss 100% of the chances we don't take. That single philosophy has brought me a lot of success in love and life. I did a business pitch a couple years back and asked for something so freaking outrageous, it actually worked. In reality, I would have punched someone if they had of asked the same of me. But here we are. 
On the old beefy/bear topic that started this thread, I had a full head of grey hair at 40 am not the smallest dude in the world. But somehow every college baseball player with daddy issues can't get enough. Not every one of them -- and not even 90% of them.
But that last 10% are fucking amazing in bed. All you really have to do is not be a creep and show a genuine interest in getting to know someone. It really does work.

I keep checking out his profile constantly because to me, those pictures of him in the blue jeans and the blue briefs are two of the hottest pictures on all of Rent Men. But then I read the profile and what you say above and it's like okay, time for him to take the RM ad down. lol
When I started hiring, a friend of a friend gave me one huge, huge piece of advice:  Hire someone who is gay. Make sure they're gay, or if they're bisexual, make sure they're a genuine "people pleaser" (those types exist and they're incredible). Anything less than gay or genuinely bisexual and you'll just be disappointed, no matter how hot they are.  
He was 100% right. Best advice ever and it's worked.

I see him on a regular basis and agree his actual height is more like 5'7".  He still has a fairly defined body.   In regards to English, he is 100% fluent with minimal accent (if at all) so was surprised to hear others say he doesn't speak English well.  That is simply not the case-at least not in the past few years.  He is one of my favorites and is 100% client focused.  Just a really great guy.  

Had a great time with him. Would see him again. I would agree pictures are a little out of date, still in great shape though. But it also could be that muscles show more well defined when you're intentionally posing to show them off or after a workout.

Tried for months to get some time with him and he wasn't available or our schedules didn't align or we couldn't make it work. But we both kept the lines of communication open. It worked. Planets aligned in the past week and I can legit confirm what everyone else on here says about him (just search his name)…. he's the real deal. Nicest in NYC at least of anyone I have met. lol

You all have the entire concept of a NDA wrong. Signing a NDA with someone over a meeting and/or sexual acts is completely meaningless. So what? They break it? What are you going to sue them for what, $5k, $20k? Ha. Okay, then what?  
Stormy Daniels signed a NDA and look at her bank account today. She's doing quite well. 
True NDAs are meant to protect trade secrets, intellectual property, or the magic "sauce" -- that's where the enforceable component has true value. If you are on the Board of Directors of one of my competitors, and I want to fuck you, we might sign a NDA.
Then after I blow my load in you, perhaps I am so happy in that moment I happen to tell you about my next project that involves tech that will replace Facebook or has better battery tech than Tesla. Now, you turn that information into something and build a company to compete against us -- then we will use that NDA and get hundreds of millions or billions out of you. Forever. 
For sex -- or meeting someone -- or anything that isn't worth tens of millions in an eventual lawsuit? It's not worth the ink on the paper.

If you ever need to fall back onto the NDA the relationship has gone south and all secrets will be litigated.  All are SOL at that point. Better for all to be gentlemen and stick to the ethics and honor the deal. 

Exactly, that is the psychological basis (of a NDA agreement) some clients think will protect them from being outed.  Not enforceable - period.  
The other issues you mentioned are generally not included in the countless NDA agreements some high profile clients have escorts sign when they engage them for sex.  
Facts equal prostitution which makes the agreement unenforceable.

I think that the second point is the vast majority. If I had to put numbers on your list of four things, I would say:  5%. 75%. 15%. 5%.
Kissing... real kissing... is something very, very hard to fake. You might be 'straight' or not attracted to men, yet always able to get rock hard and fuck. But IMHO, kissing is the real tell when it comes to the provider's true sexual orientation. 
I started hiring back about six months ago and had a friend of a friend give me some tips before I jumped in these waters. His biggest piece of advice? Make sure your provider is gay or genuinely bi, but you really want someone gay. It'll be way more enjoyable all around. 
His advice was spot on. I've only since hired five guys. Two bisexual and three gay. Both of the bisexual guys were a bit 'mechanical' in the motions. All three of the gay ones kissed with a fucking passion that made me weak in the knees.
