But it is the consent part what we are debating. If we condemn bestiality for being inherently abusive, why we do not condemn pet owning or domestication with the same emphasis? Is slavery more morally acceptable than sexual abuse? Or the problem is that when sex is involved our prudishness takes over and everything can be only outrageous?
