I think I might have turned someone into an escort

So last week I was trying to get a guy on chaturbate to meet up. We had an email exchange and he seemed very open. The only issue is that he wanted me to send him money before we met and I said I wouldn't do that and so broke off the discussion. Today, I'm browsing through RM and I see an account with the same name as the guy on chaturbate which was created on the date of our last email. Pics look like him too. I think I may have played a role in this and I feel a bit guilty.

Perhaps he was already considering escorting. My experience with the Chaturbate models is they are far more savvy than they would lead you to believe. Most anything they do, from flashing feet, hands, or other body parts to even meeting them outside their showroom requires money up front.

I believe the phrase is "turned him out".

Point of information: does "turned him out" imply that the turner is making money from the work of the turnee (i.e. is his pimp)? I have a slight recollection that's the case (and -- lazy slut that I am -- prefer the collective wisdom of this group to the boring "google it" :)).

Interesting sub-text - that becoming an escort is an undesirable thing about which you should feel guilty for having had a hand in.

I don't think financial benefit is necessary. I think so long as they end up on the corner, whoever got them there turned them out.
