This isn't as silly as these other products but does anyone know about the weight sets that have a ball inside them that moves centrifugally. I think I saw them on Touch of Modern or some similar site recently and wanted to try them out.

You mean the Shake Weight?

No, it actually has a ball in it that spins. It kinda looks like a giant fidget spinner with tubes and the ball moves through it.
