So Dutchal let me get this straight. He was in constant contact with you and about 30 minutes late but you cancelled on him? If you were going to a business meeting and the rep had a product you really wanted, was in constant contact that traffic was terrible, you would be so arrogant as to cancel the meeting and not get the products your company really needed and wanted? I tend to be really forgiving about timing lapses but will also be up front when communicating if I’m on a schedule. So if a provider tells me they are running 15 minutes late I will tell them something like “ok thanks for the heads up. I’ve got plans for later though, so if you happen to run into more delays we will need to reschedule.”

 

That way the escort knows what the situation is, and everything can be kept friendly and professional. Sometimes life gets in the way of promptness and it’s inconvenient for all concerned. I try not to let it ruin my day even if I lose an opportunity I’d been looking forward to.

He was not in contact about the first delay until AFTER I was on my way and could do nothing but stand around waiting. He was not in touch about the added delay until AFTER it happened, leaving me standing on the street waiting, and AFTER I texted him with question marks. In other words, if I had not texted him, he apparently just expected me to wait indefinitely. Nobody is worth more than 30 minutes of standing around waiting on the street, which is what it all added up to.

If he is a few minutes late I contact him and I will usually go along with him if he admits to be running late. If I were dealing with Private_Dancer I would cut him the slack for two reasons: 1.) he is young and most young guys aren't the schedule freaks I am and 2.) he is hot and I would want the meeting to take place.

I do plan to get together with Private_Dance at some point in the future and this thread has been extremely helpful. I will know what to expect and I will be prepared to deal with his arriving late.

I've already spent more money than I care to think about playing with him, but I wouldn't have changed a thing. I've read all the posts here, and I get that everyone has different demands when it comes to communication and wait times. I tend to be very easy going, even when it comes to communication. I don't take any of it personally. If an escort fails to communicate in a timely matter, or cancels at the last minute or doesn't show up, I just move on, but then again, I hire only when I'm home, and so there never is a time-frame or schedule that I need to adhere to, so my situation is different than most.
