I tried the versaclimber for the first time recently, very efficient way to burn off excess calories.

I used to be a runner but due to an injury, I can't handle impact beyond a moderate walk. I'm very excited about a new zero-impact running simulator.

My sister-in-law is interested in that device also. She has bad knees and is a compulsive runner. Unfortunate combination.

I just wrapped up a cutting cycle. Rather than do conventional cardio at all, my trainer had me do short, intense metabolic workouts of about 2o minutes. They goosed my metabolism so much that I would get hungry less than an hour after eating

In order to keep in tip top shape in addition to working out do u diet or regularly eat clean? Do u eliminate most carbs and breads or limit them to different times of the day? Do you have a regular cheat day? Whats ur favorite cheat food?

People always act like carbs are the enemy... if you study nutrition you'll find that carbs really are just our source of energy! If you want a booty you gotta feed it, so give me allllll the carbs haha. However, I am pescatarian for spiritual reasons and I do keep my fats low. I try to keep my fats at 60g per day.

Favorite cheat meal? Oreos for sure. I have a problem and it's a little embarrassing lol

Yes, carbs are a needed thing, but in moderation... Something human beings don't do very well.

As for keeping a nice ass: As you get older, gravity is a real bitch. It's not fat you need, it's muscle. Muscle supports and keeps things in place. Squats are your friend :)

It's amazing what can happen when you start managing carb intake mindfully.

It's a good idea to have carbs in the morning and right after the gym, considering their activity I would suggest also carbs if they feel low in energy.

Some folks can afford bread and it doesn't affect their definition, some others don't.

I’m just pointing out that you probably have a different set of “standards” on your body habitus than someone without your formidable endowment.

We (clients) hire different kind of men.

Some folks like men who are slim like you, others like more muscular or less defined men.

I have a soft ban on carbs, namely those found in processed foods. My heart loves them; my body doesn’t.

I’ve tried many a diet, but I always sabotage myself when my urge to eat “junk” foods gets too strong. So now I just generally commit myself to eating “better,” while allowing myself the occasional cheat day to splurge.

You might think about limiting cheating to single meals rather than entire days.

Now having used one, it's an amazing device to me. It's kinda hard to describe, you have to forget you are in a machine and just run. Maybe my perspective is skewed since it's been decades since I could do that.

I know this is an old article, but although I’m not a strict dieter, I do find I watch my diet moreso than some of my non-escort friends.

I don’t watch carbs, but I try not to overdo bread, snacks, etc. Also...it’s been scientifically proven that sugar is what leads to a lot of weight gain. Everyone is different when it comes to food. Some people can’t do dairy. I can do dairy, but I’ve given up on milk. Some people can’t eat large breakfasts, to me it’s important.

I dont do beer or soda much because those give me a full feeling, that’s different from just being full on food.

Also, escorts aren’t exactly “fitness models” or “body builders”. We may just happen to be one of those things, but it’s not exactly part of our job description, to be on a restricted diet. I know for me, I may watch my diet more closely around photo shoots and special events (short fasting, water pills etc), but it’s usually temporary. I feel what works for me is 3-4 meals a day, and a good workout/cardio throughout the week.

I'd rather keep a great body AND eat carbs.

It can be done with the right trainer, the right carbs and an overwhelming love of a stair machine.

During my last cut, I ate 300 g of carbs daily.
