Yes, I would set up a session and would engage in the same activities I do with anyone else. Although I don't subscribe to the notion of assuming everyone is HIV+, I still take the same precautions with everyone. Additionally, when someone tells me he is HIV+ I know his status because not many guys who are negative say they are positive.

Happened to me....escort told me after the fact. It was bare, he bottomed and it felt fucking amazing but being the dick that he is, I think he wanted to be entertained at my reaction afterwards. I'm still neg...and he still escorts and presumably not telling the pos status, had the nerve to blame me because I didn't ask. It takes two to fuck and I tell everyone I'm ddf...pos is not a deal breaker for me. Gay men can be judgy especially with our pos bros but don't play with peoples emotions for the fun of it.

What about escorts who are HIV+ who don't tell you they are HIV-positive claiming they were drunk or forgot (or even intentional withheld their status) when they're having unprotected sex with clients?

My guess is you are replying to my post, quoted below:

One does not need to assume anything regarding STI status in order to determine the precautions one chooses to take. It is very simple - you choose the type of protection you use.

Regarding someone not telling me he is HIV+, If he does not tell me he is HIV+ I don't know whether he is HIV+ or HIV-. Again, no assumption required. I know what kind of precautions I take and take them.

That's fucked up but I'm curious how you would know that? Hard to believe that just coming up in random conversation.

Would u set up a session with an escort who is HIV + and if so what sexual practices would you engage in?

I have and it was some of the best sex of my life. We had known each other for over a year before the session.

We gave a toast in the middle of our overnight: “Fuck HIV! Thanks PrEP! Thanks (name of some ART drug)!”

I’m seeing him again in about 5 weeks.

For five years now, I have been with an escort who is HIV+! He and I have never done anything that can be classified as "unsafe." Both of us have been extremely comfortable in each other's company.

I'm an hiv positive hooker. I was positive before I started working the interwebz. In the beginning it was hard because being undetectable wasnt a thing and the risk of transmition was real. But now with being undetectable it has gotten easier. But there's still a lot of learning some need to do. 1. I know my status. 2. I'm responsible and I do my lab works regularly along with STI checks. 3. I am undetectable. The chances of passing it is less than 1% or so. Funny thing though despite all of this I was recently turned down. My thoughts? I thought to myself, fuck this ignorant dumb ass mother fucker and blocked him.

Hugs,

Greg

Hi. I wasn't replying to your post. I was mentioning a situation which occurred to me during my last visit to Montreal. I agree with you that in an IDEAL world one should ideally always use protection with one he does not know the status of; however, if a person KNOWS he is POSITIVE and intentionally does not tell his partner then in my opinion that is criminal..and in some jurisdictions it is!

At least he told you right after so you had time to start PEP within 24-hours if you chose too. You must have felt so anxious.

I agree. I found out later from his fellow dancer best friend. Although I did the riskiest sex ever having unprotected receptive anal sex with a gay escort/dancer/stripper who brags about how much he has, I did start PEP 18 hours later and he only topped me for about 20 seconds. I didn't notice any cum or blood, but he very well could have pre-cummed. Also, there was no lube used, just his saliva from eating me out for 5 minutes prior to sticking it in.

It took a lot of courage for me to go to the emergency room in Montreal to get PEP on a Saturday evening. And it costs me over $1400 USD when it was all said and done at the hospital with first week of drugs, plus the $200 escort fee.

I get tested in November.

I assume that everyone I do the big Polunga with is POZ+ or POZ for some STI Hence play only safe. For those who self disclose I appreciate the honesty and depending on what are plans -- may adjust so plans.
