Don't know about others but it has gotten to the point that I will not even go to Men4RentNow. Just not worth the time to learn very little about the guys.

I think I'm done with M4RN. I get a lot higher no response rate from guys on there as opposed to RM. Luckily, I'm in a good market.

M4RN, I've found as a client, is not as mobile-device friendly - especially when trying to view photos (which is pretty important) - so I have found myself going to it less, but I still check it occasionally.

I met just a handful of clients from there. It's not worth my time to manage two ads when M4RN charged more than RM. The site feels dated and they disallow the word "bottom" in my profile description. No Thanks.

Start trying http://rentboy.pro. I am about to meet my first hire from them. Only 200. They do not have as many advertisers as RM (yet) but they are growing fast. I did not check prices in other cities, but in DC they show much more variety than RM.

I’m not sure since I haven’t tested it. But I think when the ads say-‘advertiser since ...’ that means the ads are current even if Email is the only access.
