I cannot compare how the market was 10 years ago because I was not hiring back then and I knew nothing about the market. I cannot compare because there are not studies or reliable data at all that would allow anyone to make such comparisons. I cannot and no one can establish a hierarchy of the favorite ethnicities for hire because no one has ever made any survey of such trends. Anecdotal information is crap, it is based only in your tiny little personal experiences, it just feeds your "intuition", that most times (and always when race is involved) is just a sub product of your common sense, that most times is just a blend of ignorance and prejudices. I cannot discuss whether or not Blacks are under represented in the market because I do not know what exactly a fair representation would be. Taking in consideration that Blacks are about 14% of the population in the USA, what would you say is a fair representation in the escorts market?

 

I agree with @Nvr2Thick when he makes his comment about the "notorious aging escort". I am sure there are changes in the market but there is no point in discussing them without relevant data, and the only data is our personal experience. I never seek to address him, but he finds every post I write as an invitation to put me down with condescending tones. He's never liked me, he has been up my ass on and off since 2010. When I was having a hard time adjusting in San Antonio, he wrote me talking shit about me and how great he is, and how he's above the forum peasants who I should avoid because they don't take HIM on long vacations and such. Well if he EVER wanted to make a good impression or be someone even remotely worth a goddamn to listen to, he would have invited me down to the Riverwalk or off Main Street and sat and had drinks and a conversation about the business. But no. He sends me some tacky ass email exhalting his importance, and then try to make it seem like I've done nothing with my time as an escort. That's just plain trash to me. Not because he's white, but because he's trash.

 

That is not someone who I'm concerned about liking me or listening to. Plus, there's stuff on the internet where it's known that other people have said he has put down escorts before. So it's really nothing new. That his character, that's the type of BICH he is and the type of bitch I don't F with".

Perhaps its a good sign that there are other lucrative employment opportunities for Blacks and they dont have to go into escorting. Everyone has a calling. I dont think its negative at all. Guys hire what they like. If there is not a big demand for Black escorts, so be it. Trends change with the times. That's why there's always opportunity for reinvention. If the market is not there, go into another line of work.
