My experience in this is a bit old, it's been a while since I've fooled around at the gym in the steamroom/hot tub/whatever. It may behoove you to reconsider hiring a professional to orient you through some of the basics to help you "provide great oral" and to give you "an hour or so for training."

I think this would be the smartest thing to do. Accumulate the cash slowly and discreetly until you can afford a pro. Honestly, I can't imagine there are that many guys out there who want a blow job so badly that they are willing to guide any random person through the process.
