Thats a logical, objective interpretation of the question.

 

Humans frequently use subjective, non-linear, decision-making processes.

 

There are variations. Some guys like massage because they're titillated by the uncertainty of just how far it will develop. In some situations, budget is a factor... massage is cheaper, so they'll keep costs lower, and hope they get the bargain of some escort services at masseur rates.
