It was a magical, mystical weekend. By the last night, I was too run down to go out for drinking and karaoke. First time that has happened in my life and of course Darren Criss crashes the party on his way back from Cochella!! Sunday is a day that will go down in infamy. Other than that, it was AMAZING!! Everyone there was so incredibly nice and sweet. Forgive me for not mentioning everyone, it's just impossible, but I would like to mention a few:

@Oliver - Thank you SO much for making every year somehow even better than the last!

@Ace - I meant it when I said I was ok missing Darren Criss cuz I heard you sing Turn the Page. It was a highlight of the weekend, you're truly a rockstar !

@OliverSaks & @FTM_Twink - thank you for the hours of laughing and just getting to know you both!!

@adannyboy - my favorite little monkey man ;)

@Eric Hassan - you are SO Gorgeous and friendly, thanks for not making me use the chloroform, :)

@Epigonos - Those damn eggs were SO damn delicious, as was everything you prepared. You do need to work on your iPhone skills however :p

and a special mention for Alex - thank you for taking care of my hubby @Robster , especially during my absence. it was a pleasure meeting you and look forward to getting to know you better next year.

Forgive me everyone else that I met, talked to, hugged, maybe groped a little, it's impossible to list everyone so I don't know why I started trying. For anyone who reads the threads and keeps thinking they should go next year, make a promise to yourself that you will!! You are 'bound' to have a good time. - restraints optional

Love you all and cannot wait for next year!!!

I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to @Oliver for organizing this incredible weekend experience. Thanks also to @Epigonos for orchestrating the food & beverage everything was perfect. (Can we have more deviled eggs next year? They went fast. :D)

This was my first time attending and I'm so glad I was able to participate. It was great to meet old friends and make new ones from our unique community at this event.

Thanks also to each of the escorts who attended either as a companion or just on their own. You guys are the best!

Can't wait to attend next year if schedule allows. For anyone with trepidation about attending you have nothing to worry about. Take the chance you won't regret it. It's such a great experience.

LMAO!! That shouldn't be a problem, since he enjoys making them so much. ;)

They're sooo good. One of the best things I put in my mouth all weekend. And THAT is saying a lot.

Let me contribute as a first time attendee to Oliver's Pool Party.

First off, I chose to stay at INNdulge and thought it was an excellent choice. To my new friends who also stayed there, how great it was to get to know you during our morning coffee.

Oliver made sure dinner at Trio on Saturday was organized and everyone was quickly greeted. Having a section to ourselves allowed us to easily make new friends and catch up with those we have met previously. Socalguy's opening comments just reinforced what a great group of guy's we have on the forum and was my personal favorite moment of the weekend!

The pool party on Sunday was great. Not sure I can add much to previous comments about the party, but I will echo the praise for our chef, Epigonos and our host, Oliver. What I will highlight for those that haven't attended in the past - it was easy to participate at your own comfort level. In fact several individuals wanted to remain protected from the sun's rays never even removed shirts and stayed in the shade the entire afternoon. And not everyone who cooled off in the pool followed Rob's lead and got naked.

Jason Carter invited folks to join together for Sunday dinner after the pool party, and about 20 or so met for a meal before chose to attend karaoke.

I am definitely anticipating 2018 already.

Hey guys;

Racing the clock (as USUAL), to unpack/repack, but wanted to add my two cents worth &

a) thank our AMAZING hosts

b) say that it was very nice meeting "the new crop" of guys &

c) reconnecting with old friends.

Glad I was able to make this year!!!!

This was my first Palm Springs weekend. I had some trepidation about how the social dynamic might work. An hour after arriving at Canyon Club, all my fears and misgivings simply vanished. Everyone was so friendly and warm and open. I had an absolute blast.

Thank you @Oliver for being such a gracious host and @Epigonos for your culinary contributions and your good company. The dinner at Trio was a splendid occasion, and the pool party was a hoot. Thanks to all who gave me rides, advice, great conversation, laughs and dinner invites. Not insignificantly, I also had the opportunity to share private time with some of the most attractive, talented, gracious, and attentive gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Four days of fun in the sun. I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Can't wait until next year.

I have been to seven of these gatherings and much like wine they just continue to get better and better. As others have already said, heaps of thanks go out to Oliver and Epigones for all the effort they put into making this a memorable event. Also thanks to Jason for arranging the Sunday night dinner. I stayed at INNdulge and the opportunity to talk with other attendees over breakfast and happy hour was an added bonus. Looking forward to attending my eighth next year!

How sweet, thank you! I can't believe I forgot to mention that in my lengthy post. I'm so glad Wayne asked Oliver if he could speak for a few minutes at the Trio dinner, since it gave us a chance to thank everyone in person for the incredible support and generosity during my illness last year. You guys are truly the best!

Thanks guys for reporting back. Your cited experiences are an enticement for me to join in 2018 after being invited openly and privately in the past! As a "shy" guy-- I think I will have to bring a friend with me.

...can't account for my shyness. Maybe it's something else? Well, in any case, I'll await to read the "open invitation" as it appears on my computer screen and at this website and hope that the dates will allow me to partake in this adventure. :) :)

Damn. I am so sorry for begging off this karaoke extravaganza. It sounds like a lot of fun. One of the really great things is that you can find an accommodation that appeals to all aspects of what you can afford or want. Also, although you may not actually sleep at a particular place, everyone seemed to invite people to hang out around various pools.

This is the third time I learn about this tradition, and every year seems to be fantastic. You all are making really hard not to plan for next year, even for a shy lady like myself.

While I may not appear so, I am also a bit shy (particularly around exposed or slightly exposed genitalia - I know that others will mention that as a highlight). At any rate, everyone there will make you feel so comfortable and welcoming you will feel like you have been going as long as they have been going on.

As one of those who is vocally challenged due to heredity and "sings" with the aid of a mechanical contrivance, do Karaoke places ever allow people to bring in and use small musical instruments?

I did the least "hobby"ing over the weekend than in any weekend since I began attending somewhere around 2009-ish, and I still had so much fun. It's all about community, and this is a fine one to know and enjoy.

Thanks Oliver, my friend! You're the best!

Thanks epigonos, my friend! You're not! But we love you anyway! Just kidding! :D

Oh yeah and........I think I got around to speaking or introducing myself to most or all of the client contingent of the forum, but interestingly, I'm not sure I have connected all the forum personas with the fine folk I met, so come back again next year, and help me put the puzzle together. :):p:D:rolleyes:

Had a great time! Thanks again to @Oliver for the hospitality and to Jason for keeping the lost and found open til I could retrieve my outfit

<3 to everyone I met, chatted with and played with ;)

Will we ever be able to recreate that 7-way hooker pile?

Count me in for 2018

Where to start? Now that I'm safely home I have time to reflect on the last couple of weeks, particularly the great few days I had in Palm Springs. I arrived there fairly confident that the weekend would live up to the high praise past events had generated, excited that I would meet a couple of people in particular and looking forward to whatever else might arise (no, not 'arise' like that). I was not disappointed.

It was great to see again some of those I had met in DC last year. More than that, it was ever so good to put a bunch of new faces to names, and names and/or faces to Forum handles. As I think back on the weekend, I realise I did not connect as many dots as I could have. I spoke to people whose handles I knew without actually finding out what their names were (not talking about escorts whose handles are their names at times like this), and I spoke to people without linking either a name or a handle to the person. Perhaps I should have been more meticulous in my introductions, mea culpa but hey, shoot me, it didn't detract from my enjoyment of the event.

I echo others in their praise of Oliver, Epigonos and Justin for the way they orchestrated three fabulous funtions, and kept our unruly mob in line. Well, during the functions, I make no assessment as to whether 'in line' describes other times over the weekend. As the time passes, my memories of Palm Springs and of the fine men I met are no less vivid than they were when I was leaving. Thanks everyone for a great experience, I'm already looking forward to the next edition!

It was a pleasure to meet you Mike and I hope to see you next year.
