My creativity- my ability to see possibilities and produce results where others don't. I have been a part of many teams with straight men (and women, of course) in my life and always found myself in the cheerleader and "new idea" roles. I'm also talented graphically and manually in everything from painting to carpentery to sewing to costume and make up design, but my biggest contributions have always been new approaches to old problems. I'm not saying all creative men are gay, but many are, and the two characteristics are inextricably interwoven in me. It's something I tried to hide and deny throughout my childhood but I'm proud of it now.

I am not a fan of Bruno Mars but this one is in my iTunes collection.

You don't like "When I Was Your Man"? It's not the happiest song in the world but it's one of my all-time ever favorites. A beautiful, beautiful ballad.

Don't think I've heard it.

...getting to be the awesome and fun gay uncle to my many nieces and nephews. I'm so thankful to not be straight because I know if I were I'd have half a dozen kids by now, and a nagging wife - and I definitely don't want any of that mess.

But you might if you were straight.

Karaoke - and ESPECIALLY being able to sing great songs by women artists without having to change the lyrics. Currently in my car (with an audience composed of only me, myself, & I) I've been rocking out with the following tunes-

Not having to put kids through college.

Poor Gman. Cheer up. We will all get back to subject soon.

Since we have temporarily fallen off the wagon and Mister Sunkist Orange has entered even THIS thread when there's no escaping HIM...

I have to disagree somewhat with you, @stevenkesslar. Hope you can forgive me. The problem was not that Hillary was too insulting but that she wasn't insulting enough. In contrast, the entire Trump campaign insulted practically everybody. It was a huge turn on to a nation that watches way too much television.

Consider karaoke as a "creative art" for creative people, who are quite often not "heteronormal".

Elizabeth Taylor said something interesting here at the 17 minute mark in this 2002 documentary.

"Do you realize that, if you counted all the people in this town (Tinsel Town), most of them are homosexual (or bisexual, as she probably intends to say)? Most of them in the creative arts for centuries have been homosexuals."

You know, she was the first Hollywood celebrity to fight for AIDS research at a time when so many including President Reagan were not budging an inch. I wonder if the world would be different today had she not been involved in that, telling politicians "One day, it is going to happen to you. If not to you directly but to somebody in your family or a friend of your family and it is going to break your heart."

The best thing about being a gay male is ...

I have been able to examine and explore my sexuality more in the five years I've been hiring escorts than in all the 35 plus years following my entrance into puberty! Each escort experience (beginning with an almost mind-blowing hour (who knew?) with my very first escort, @AresEscortNYC!!!) has increased my self-esteem and made me realize just how fumbling and tentative all my various hook-ups through the years before this hobby were. Yes, some of those hook-ups were and are memorable, but the majority were often forgettable, or maybe I'm just beginning to head into senility! :rolleyes:o_O

Now I find that I have quite a few favorite escorts I have the privilege of interacting with on a somewhat regular basis and this is a great luxury for me! Has every escort been memorable? Not at all, but out of 50 plus guys I've hired, only 3 or 4 have proven to be a true disappointment and I feel it is a great perk of this hobby that I can move on to my next new escort with no real regrets or any need to make excuses as to why I don't choose to see any of those disappointing men again!

I just spent a couple of days with one of my favorite escorts, doing touristy things in small towns, serendipitously finding new fine dining restaurants and having mind-blowing playtimes at night! Ironically, with a few exceptions, my youthful hook-ups never approached the BFE's I now experience consistently these days with these men who always have a goal of pleasing ME!
