Thanks for that. Obviously cumming into an intact condom while in someone would carry little risk. However, of course, if you don't pull out before cumming and evaluate the condition of the condom, there's a chance it could be torn. Cumming (without a condom) in someone's mouth or ass both increase the odds of transmitting an STI, only the risk of HIV is inherently greater with anal.

 

Being on PrEP and regularly tested I am happy to ablige ones request for me to cum in their ass or mouth. I posted this chart a couple weeks ago on another post, but I'll share it again. I always assumed that if a guy who was positive, with a detectable viral load, shot a load in my ass, that it was practically guaranteed that I would become infected, but you can see that simply isn't the case. With regards to the OP's questions, there's no such thing as "customary" when it comes to cum. Some people have preferences and some don't. If it matters to YOU, then YOU can talk about it. As some have mentioned, you may even find that communicating in the moment can be very hot.
