I like men however they come. If a guy is uncut, I like uncut dicks. If a guy is cut, I like cut dicks.

When I was in high school, there was a kid who had been born in Europe and hadn't been cut. I noticed his dick in PE class when we were swimming - it was a real anteater dick. At first I thought he was disfigured, but then realized why he looked that way. I though his dick looked ghastly and thanked my stars for having been cut. Fortunately, I got over thinking that uncut dicks looked ghastly.

I often say that the I just like and prefer the person that a (big/small/cut/uncut/buff/smooth/hairy....) is attached to. Gets me far in this life...

I'm cut and I prefer men who are cut, however, it isn't a deal breaker in setting up an appointment with a guy. Over the years the American Society of Pediatric Physicians has been all over the place on this issue. There current stance is that the practice is neutral positive.

I am frequently amused by the political and social correctness of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. About five years ago they decided to make circumcision illegal within the San Francisco City limits. Doctors who performed circumcision were to be prosecuted for a misdemeanor and if found guilty fined. The storm the broke forth was funny and interesting. In particular the Jew and Muslims living in the city went ballistic. After the storm receded just a bit the Board decided to rescind the ordinance.

THERE IS NO WAY TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL FORESKIN THAT CONTAINED MOST OF THE NERVES THAT STIMULATE AND ORGASM.

This false statement has been debunked in multiple prior strings, in which I've given reference to studies that show no loss of sensitivity after circumcision. The "nerves that stimulate," as I would think any man could tell you, are in the glans (head of the penis), not the foreskin.

One of my uncles had to be circumcised at the age of 72 due to medical reasons... About a year later when fully recovered he said he wished he'd had it done sooner. I did not ask him to elaborate.

The reason, as you might have guessed, is because his sex life improved after the circumcision. This is the experience of the vast majority of men who have had circumcisions done as adults.

@glennnn, I am a year younger than you and do not have any children, with no particular regrets about it. However, you are lucky to have a son whether his cock is "mutilated" or not.

Thank you, WilliamM. I know you are right; he is one of the joys of my life, and I bless the night I got his mom pregnant after killing two bottles of wine and foregoing protection (We considered calling him Cabernet. LOL) He was born in the early 80's while circumcision was absolutely routine, and before the issue of whether it was a medical necessity became a widespread discussion. Having lost sensitivity in my glans as early as 40 and struggled with impotence and with ED every since, I just hope it doesn't happen to him. When I witness a guy having a bone-shaking, muscle-twitching, vocal orgasm, I am envious, because I rarely have one at all. My dad was intact and I suffered no trauma from being diiferent. I wish my parents had left me intact, and feel guilty for taking the circumcision decision out of my son's hands. I apologize for using the word "mutilated" earlier; it was way overly dramatic and way too judgmental. I was feeling down and bitter, becase I just wish I could reliably cum and have a strong orgasm! Many of the available remedies dont work for me. I am still seeking help, so wish me luck.:p

@Glennn, I started hiring at Rounds, a hustler bar in NY City, about a decade before this site existed. On my second visit, I met someone whom I liked right away. We decided that he would soon travel from Long Island to Philly, where I live. He was a college student, but very experienced, so he became my version of HooBoy or Daddy. Still I had to learn through trial and error. I particularly remember, a second appointment where the guy asked if I wanted him to leave. I still do not understand why. To me, things were going well. Escort agencies were still around. I learned from the agencies and the guys who worked there as escorts. Unlike you, I am not married. But, I have talked a enough people who are married to know my situation is very different. I believe you did tell your wife.

It helped that I was several decades younger than you when I started hiring. Please enjoy your new life. You are almost 74 years old. There is nothing you can do now about your son's circumcision, or your own circumcision. I was born in Austin, Texas in 1943; my brother in Lowell Massachusetts in 1949. We were both circumcised. Try to accept circumcision as the way things were in the south and the north in the years when we were born and when your son was born.

Thanks again, WilliamM. It us good of you to care. And I did get lots of suggestions on how to overcome some of my ED and insensitive glans issues. I will report back in a few months. In the meantime I have a date with a very hot guy in WeHo next weekend. As long as he can feed me, I'll be Happy.

I was a corpsman in the Army. It wasn't unusual for guys to get circumcised in adulthood. These guys of course were young adults -mid 20s to early 30s. I knew a British guy, who was probably in his mid-30s. He had some sort of diplomatic position with the British government. When he found out he was being posted to Toronto, he got a circumcision before he left Europe. I thought it was a little extreme.

Seems like there’s a sort of “penis envy” boiling to the surface; in the sense that some of those who are cut, long to be uncut, and those who are uncut, would like to be cut.

As for me, about 75% of the time I wish my dad had left me the way in which I arrived. But, alas, that is not to be. What was done is done. If I had a son, I would leave him untouched.

Nevertheless, I think I will continue to live and enjoy what I do have, though. So far, I am able to manage that.

I'm 68, cut, and my glans is as sensitive as can be. Even more sensitive is the frenulum - that area on the underside of the penis just below the glans.

Now, this is just anecdotal, it won't work for everybody but: have you tried coconut oil on a daily basis? Coconut oil is a fantastic moisturizer/emollient: it reduces the friction on the surface of the glans from underwear, etc., it enhances the skin's surface ability to retain and hold water, and it provides a layer of oil to the surface of skin to reduce water loss. All of that being said - you complain that: A) there has been a lifetime of "contact and abrasion against underwear . . ."); B) keratinization, also due to friction, which has thickened the skin of the glans; C) you are in need of moisturizing the glans to 'reproduce the condition of the uncut glans.'

Coconut oil is one of the very best moisturizer/emollients available and costs a whole $8-9 for a big jar (even at Whole Foods). You can even get pure, organic! It comes as a solid and as soon as your finger touches it it melts to a useable consistency.

I said above that this is anecdotal: I have used it on my penis (and, really, on my entire body) for years as part of my anti-aging regimen. Rub my glans or frenulum and I'll follow you ANYWHERE!! Even use it when you masturbate - it's a great lube - there are a few escorts who use this as their lube of choice (watch out regarding certain types of condoms, of course!)

Glennnnnnnnnnnnnnn - I think you are chasing a ghost if you think that trying an artificial foreskin is the answer. Try the coconut oil for a few months, twice a day.

Hope this helps.

As always,

Funguy

Must be a new thing because I just got together with a guy and used it for the first time last week. We used it for sex. Then I asked for a moisturizer from someone else in the same week and again it was coconut oil. I was like just give me a normal moisturizer. Now I'm like very curious.

You know while normally I'd probably be one the first people you think of bemoaning something past that you can't get back, I'm fine with being circumcised. (Please note my uncharacteristic 'positivity' here, @jjkrkwood).

I can barely stand to have someone touching the glans after I cum as it is. I wouldn't want it to be even more sensitive. Plus I prefer the look of cut tallywackers. That doesn't mean I won't play with 'intact' guys. It's just a preference.

Gman

I think in your case it’s also because of your religious and cultural background.

We are glad to hear you’re sensitive enough!

+1

A doctor would never laugh at you for that. If you really want to do it go ahead!

Check out: Northern Exposure S02E03 All İs Vanity . It explores the topic really well (albeit from a straight point of view). I wasn't sure if I could provide a direct link to the episode because of copyright restrictions.
