I think you are making a very common erroneous correlation: you are implying that by both orgasming it is shown that it was enjoyable for both parties. That's exactly what I found. When I first started the alpha-blocker, it caused retrograde ejaculation, which I wasn't happy about, but I noticed the improvement in orgasm.
