Jon Stewart Adopts Emaciated Pony That Was Found Abandoned And Covered In Paintball Shots

 

A once-emaciated pony that was found abandoned and covered in paintball markings has a new home thanks to comedian Jon Stewart.

 

Lily, a white mare, was found in a New Holland Sales Stables in March. She'd been shot over 100 times at close range with paintballs, was partially blind and apparently abandoned.

Ah good on John Stewart. I love horses. I've done quite a bit of animal rescue and it is very satisfying.
