Picture Brite does have some good stuff. I have yet to buy from them, but I very well may in the future as they have a fun store, and I hear a lot of good things.

 

A bit less gay/sex oriented, I'm a big fan of drugstore.com - I use it for all my standard drugstore shopping, and they do have some nice adult-oriented products (lubes, condoms, massage stuff, supplements, a few toys, etc.) They've also got very competitive prices, free shipping if the order's big enough, and offer some nice specials sometimes.
