You can'tsearch by region or specifics, only by name. I got a text message from the offering 90 days free advertising today. After looking at the site and seeing how much of a mess it is I sent a text saying thanks but till they clean the site up and make the search function better Imma pass. I got a text back saying they just launched and fixing things as they go. Looking at the site from a clients view I as a client wouldn't give the site a second look because of the lack of search function and nothing is organized by regions, cities or countries. In short it's a hot mess.....for now.

It looks like a well known escort bought/launched this site.

 

Though I see how the name recognition would help both parties in their search for each other, I am hesitant to go to a US-based listing site that has a similar name to a former site with an open federal court case.

Is it US based/Austin or UK based? It lists both on the site and the parent company is registered in both the UK and in the US. I don't think the UK laws are any better. Can you reveal who the pro is or is that a no no?

 

I went to the site the day Mike posted the link and it was a bit of a disaster...I went back in today and it was less of a disaster but they have ads up with no photos, looks like the data is wrong on a few people and the details that a pro can select are in my opinion odd choices. Why can somebody have both Save Only as yes as well as Bareback yes? Also strange that in this day and age they have PNP listed. But nowhere does it list cock size or sexual position. I could see the argument that they are not promoting sex by excluding position and cock size but then why show safe or bb?

 

They also have the height in inches which is strange.

 

I could see if this site got cleaned up that it could be an alternative to Rentmen but it has a long way to go.

The site needs a lot of work though there have been some improvements since my first visit a few days ago. However, the site still looks like it's in beta mode and that's not good. It looks like it was slapped together by a third rate developer. I hope the introductory advertising rates are very cheap to lure guys to post profiles.

 

Who's the well known escort who launched this site?

 

I also question the wisdom to launch an advertising platform with a name so similar to Rentboy.com while there's an open Federal case pending trial. US Attorneys can get very prickly about these kind of situations. Obviously it's a blatant attempt to capitalize on the well recognized name of the former site that was shut down. As soon as the prosecutor gets wind of this they will go sniffing around if they haven't done so already.

the site does seem clunky. sometimes it loads fast.. sometimes slow.

I would agree naming a site after one just seized is kind of looking for trouble... though i am super curious on which escort purchased/created it :D

I did take a look for las vegas and came across an escort that i dont believe i have seen before. he is certainly not on rentmen.

Personally, I find this last statement to perhaps reflect some overconfidence, since the legality of any of these websites seems to now be in a grey area at best, in light of the ongoing prosecution.

There's no 'a' in the str8 part of the name.
