From many years experience in this business I can tell you that if a guy does NOT run a face pic in his ad.....and a clear close up without a hat or glasses.....and if he doesn't update it so it is current..... then there is a reason: HE IS NOT HOT!!!!!! People will fight me and argue with me on this but, trust me, it is TRUE regardless of what anyone says or claims to the contrary. I have run face pics my whole life.
