I'd love the Container Store even if it weren't a Texas Chain. Being a Texas Chain (originally) makes me love it even in more!! In the 1980's and early 90's I used to go to the big one in Houston on Westheimer just west of 610. It was catty-corner from the Galleria. In Dallas I used to go to the one across the street from Highland Mall. That shopping center with the Container Store also has a Cheesecake Factory and Barnes &Noble. It's a great shopping center!!

I have picked up a few things for my apt at the Container Store here and there. You really can find just what you need. Great store, I've used them to help re-do my two walk in pantries. Yes they are more expensive than going to Lowe's and doing it yourself. My local store has great staff, who work with you with computer design and fitting up the spaces. They do try and oversell add-ons that you don't need, but all you have to do is say no. Locally also they accept returns for various items that you decide you don't need or want. They have made my life so much easier to keep my home neat and tidy
