You made me check. I have like 2 to 3 times as many likes and messages as normal. So it’s not just you. if you believe the ADP job numbers, and the recent revision to government official job numbers, a lot of people are out of work compared to say a year ago. So could be the economy.

 

I do think some bots and fakes though.

I think this is a very big factor.  I haven't been on SA in a couple of years, but when I was there was a new crop of 20-somethings showed up in the fall.  The mid- to late-20s guys I reached out to (the undergrads were just too young for me) were in grad school or recent grads working at internships or entry level jobs.  They were mostly new to New York and had no idea how expensive it is to live here as a penniless young man.

If you want older,More likely in their 30s, but I’ve seen guys in their 40s.
