Here is a story I am not totally proud of. A few years ago, I booked an incall with an escort at one of the Hilton hotel properties in Manhattan. Not only did the guy misrepresent himself, he tried to rip me off. Thankfully, I got out of that situation unscathed and without paying a penny. Here is what I did. I recognize that in a smaller town or smaller facility, there may be more of a concern, but I still think my/your business isn't the business of the hotel staff, and, were an explanation be requested, "visiting a friend" would be more than adequate.

I think most hotel operators realize that people wanting a place to hook up are part of their market: couples wanting to get away from their usual surroundings, people who are sneaking around or who don't have sufficient privacy at home, swingers and the like, and yes, those who hire sex workers. Fortunately, one of my playmates got to the door before it opened, convinced housekeeping to leave, put out the "do not enter" sign, and locked the door. The worst that would have happened, though, would have been being spotted naked and the subject of "the lady in room ____ is a perv (or lucky)" because there were more than two naked people in there.

If we see someone come into the lobby and they are welcomed by an in house guest we wouldn't even bat an eye. For all we know the guest is doing job interviews with applicants. We don't really care as long as you're not causing a problem.
