It's really incredible that the the two brother-murderers were paroled after serving only 7 years of a life sentence for murder, and a pretty vicious one at that. It was quite clear they were menaces to society. What even more incredible is that they were sentenced and paroled again for multiple other violent crimes. One would think that a violent parole violation by a convicted murderer would spell permanent incarceration. I wonder if they were rewarded for killing a gay man, like Dan White. One wonders if the state and the parole boards have any accountability when they make such outrageous decisions.

The brothers were arrested and convicted for numerous crimes over the years, including a 1987 rape of a 54-year-old woman. Tom Ferguson committed suicide on March 6, 2005 by slitting his throat in a Motel 6. He left no suicide note. Paul Ferguson eventually published a collection of autobiographical short stories in 2009 titled No More War Stuff About God, Anymore....Paul is currently serving a sentence of 60 years for a 1989 rape and sodomy charge.

 

Do parole board and the state have no accountability whatsoever for their actions, no matter how outrageous their decisions?

 

Life sentence = 7 years !

Sorry to have to correct you again....but it is definitely Tab Hunter with Nureyev NOT Eric Bruhn as this particular caption says. It is wrong. Check google images - it is all over the internet.
