I'd never heard of Ramon Novarro until this post.....

 

Novarro was murdered on October 30, 1968, by brothers Paul and Tom Ferguson, aged 22 and 17, whom he had hired from an agency to come to his Laurel Canyon home for sex.[16][17] According to the prosecution in the murder case, the two young men believed that a large sum of money was hidden in Novarro's house.

I read a book about it, not sure it's in the linked article may be but he had recently redecorated and casually mentioned to these educationally challenged brothers that he "had ten thousand dollars in this room" etc meaning what he'd spent to redo it but THEY took it to mean hidden cash. (JUST as in recent cases, these boys (or at least one of them) were not new to him he'd hired at least one before.) One was dumb enough to phone his GF long distance from the house to brag he was in a movie stars home and that's what snagged them. I "think" one or both was recently released from prison. (I'm sure the urban legend - killed with a marble or stone penis that was a gift from Rudlolph Valentino etc is somewhere in the story, if not I'm sure someone here will expand o_O

PS Navarro was groomed to be the NEXT Valentino after his untimely death, but talkies spelled the untimely death of most silent film careers.

I wasn't familiar with MADISON. I thought you were talking about Guy Williams from Zorro and Lost In Space. But I think Williams is handsome too.

Ah Roddy McDowall- reputedly the most hung actor in Hollywood. He was also very limber and used to (according to rumor) entertain guests by performing auto fellatio.

Tab Hunter was always my big heartthrob as a child, even now at 80+ he's handsome. But for me, Guy Madison has the most handsome face ever to grace the Silver Screen.

Interesting, I'm not sure I had ever heard of Roddy being that blessed. Here's a picture of Tony Perkins and Tab Hunter. They may not be in Roddy's league. But to call those bulges 'tiny' would definitely be false advertising.

According to Wikipedia or a Murder Site I found, the surviving murderer says he died from drowning on his own blood.

It's really incredible that the the two brother-murderers were paroled after serving only 7 years of a life sentence for murder, and a pretty vicious one at that. It was quite clear they were menaces to society. What even more incredible is that they were sentenced and paroled again for multiple other violent crimes. One would think that a violent parole violation by a convicted murderer would spell permanent incarceration. I wonder if they were rewarded for killing a gay man, like Dan White. One wonders if the state and the parole boards have any accountability when they make such outrageous decisions.

The brothers were arrested and convicted for numerous crimes over the years, including a 1987 rape of a 54-year-old woman. Tom Ferguson committed suicide on March 6, 2005 by slitting his throat in a Motel 6. He left no suicide note. Paul Ferguson eventually published a collection of autobiographical short stories in 2009 titled No More War Stuff About God, Anymore....Paul is currently serving a sentence of 60 years for a 1989 rape and sodomy charge.

 

Do parole board and the state have no accountability whatsoever for their actions, no matter how outrageous their decisions?

Just so you know-it happens to killers of straight people too. I just heard of a case in Washington State where a killer killed three men in a pub. He may have been robbing it too. He's been in jail 35 years. Apparently a parole board is considering letting him out.
