You bodybuilders here please don't jump all over me. This is just my opinion. But it's nice to look at some pics of bodybuilders..... just some.. pics, but, although I haven't played with one or hired one in many years, I found that they were not very good sexually. I found them so narcissistic that they are so much into themselves and not who they're with. Hope I haven't opened a can of worms. .

The extreme.. really big defined guys. I don't want to post a pic example. Maybe the ones at the gym, always looking in the mirror, constantly flexing. Yea, I know... probably too broad a brush.

I've never hired anyone that big because it doesn't appeal to me, but I do forgive the guys at the gym. If you can't examine the pump you just created at the gym then where can you? That said, the guys that are really well built but keep it covered up and are just checking the mirror for form. Those guys are marriage material!

 

The amount of discipline and work that goes onto a Mr Olympia type body probably does require a certain amount of self-absorbtion or perhaps even narcissism. I can't imagine having that kind of single minded determination.

There's another problem playing with these really built guys. Some time ago I hired a guy out of Argentina who was wonderfully interactive and flexed only when he knew I was watching and that it would get me going. The problem is that he was hard as a rock and playing with silk covered marble can be very uncomfortable in intimate positions.

Many years ago in my long gone youth I did the full-on bodybuilding routine although you sure wouldn’t know it by looking at me now. It is certainly true that many (nearly all) bodybuilders are narcissistic. If they weren’t they wouldn’t put in all that time, energy, and money to build the body’s they do.

 

My experience is that the majority of bodybuilders are straight. In order to support their bodybuilding life style some are married to women who support them, some have sugar daddies (without benefits) who support them, some are gay for pay and some dance at strip clubs but don’t rent themselves out after hours. None of these guys are, in my opinion, the best playmates.

 

Now with that said and out of the way there is a second group of serious bodybuilders who are definitely GAY. In order to support their bodybuilding life style some have male partners or spouses who support them, some dance at strip clubs and DO rent themselves out after hour and some advertise on various escorts sites. With the latter two groups it’s a crap shoot just like it is in hiring any escorts – some are poor, some are mediocre, some are good, and some are outstanding.

As Rudynate said, we have a very broad brush and we are using it to paint flowers on a teacup.

 

One of the things I enjoy doing is muscle worship, but unlike some guys an interactive muscle worship session really gets me going. By reading ads, stating what I am looking for, and asking questions the vast majority of the sessions, including those with bodybuilders, have gone the way I wanted them to go. However, I've passed on many guys because they did not provide the experience I was looking for.

 

Read the ads, pay attention to the discussions here and on Muscleservice, state what you are looking for, and ask how the guy feels about what you want. If all that checks out you it is very likely you will have a great time.

Really hard core bodybuilders, the really BIG guys, used to be a turn on for me. However, I find that they are not ideally nimble and there is a lack of suppleness when they overdo the steroid thing. The phrase "silk cover marble" is another way to describe things.

 

I like a guy who is muscular to be sure, a guy who works out with weights, but I want a guy who is pliable, limber, and lithe.

 

A current favorite guy does steroids. Fortunately so far he had not overly used them. Consequently he has achieved a nice balance between appearance, suppleness, and flexibility. Works for me!

As people have already stated.... encounters may vary.

 

Of the bodybuilders/fitness model types I've encounter, I think about 5 of them classify (at one time at least) as straight. One, in particular is a extremely nice guy, but not the best kisser, I bottomed for him once many years ago. Every encounter I've had with him since has been muscle worship. Another regular guy has been strictly muscle worship, but since I've known him he's been adding to his repertoire. I've told him the day he becomes full service, let me know. I want to be the first. The other 3 are great kissers, highly affectionate. Two of those 3 have bottomed for me and seem to enjoy it very much. All aren't the most physically flexible, but they more than make up for it.

 

The rest of the bodybuilders I have met, have said they were bi or gay or (the current term) fluid. Absolutely none I've encountered were egotistical or narcissistic... at least not with me.

I love the fact that, on this site, so many of us have different things that float our boats. While the idea of a body that can be described as "silk covered marble" is a MAJOR turn-off for some guys, for others (that definitely includes me) it's a MAJOR turn-on.
