What I don't like is when you exchange 20 or 30 emails, and then the day of, decide to make other plans because of a miscommunication on either part....when had they just been patient, eventually a response would have come and the appointment would have been confirmed.

 

Happened to me twice this week. First time the clients phone apparently wasn't getting text messages, then today my phone was misplaced and didn't get my text messages. But in both cases, there were plenty of time and hours up until the appointment started, and they both come with some lame, jive time excuse about making other plans. When WE already had plans.

 

I see an escort in NYC very very regularly who has told me "clients" are really trying to take advantage of what's going on in the current environment. He will not see a new client without a deposit if wanting to book more than 48 hours in advance and only will make an appointment by phone

 

That's a good way to do it. I'm going to have to start using my paypal a lot more these days. I'm just tired of being jerked around. I have a new regular client back home who cancelled on me three times in a row. He keeps asking when I'll be back in town, as if I really want to go back. I told him send me $300 and I'll reserve it for you when I get back.

 

It's like when I talk about not accepting emails or texts, I get told I need to adapt. People seem to not know how to schedule a day and time, be firm about it, and let it be. All this acting like they are so busy and unavailable, but they have time to have week long email discussions.

 

I usually find the longer, more thought out emails to lead more than quick, "let me know when r u in (insert city 50,000 miles away)"

Well idk WHAT the BFD is, for many dudes who hire THIS is the foreplay, the emails the texts yada yada and (like w all couples) the newer it is the more you want and the more you do it (hire) the less you need before you jump right into it lol. My buds who scort always tell me how newbies seem to nut in like 5 mins with them because in their heads they had like hours days weeks etc of foreplay before the appmnt so when they actually GET there they're ready to bust :rolleyes: Thazzz all this is in my book :cool:

*Now IF this deluge of emails FOLLOWED an appmnt with no future appmnt scheduled, THEN I'd worry a lil and cut the guy off.

Yep...This guy is starting to Backpedal....Looks like we're about to have a Cancelation on our Hands....

 

 

I tell ya the more "Talk" there is the more I see a Red Flag with a Client I've yet to meet. 30 plus Emails with a Client You havent even met is Far from normal. Hell most Escorts wouldnt even entertain it(Im starting to Understand why)

I hope you pointed out to him about having to travel 200 miles away. I would def. tell him the 50% deposit is non negotiable, and make sure he sends it in some way that he can not claw it back 1 day or 1 week later.

You get the Medal of Honor for being willing to travel almost 200 miles one way to meet a client. Is this guy aware that at the IRS standard mileage rate you would be entitled to roughly $230 for car expenses?

Soooo the guy Ended up Canceling. I think this just Re-Affirms that the more "Talk" there is with a FIRST time client...Most likely they arent serious about Actually getting together.

 

 

The Good news is he did Pay me Half of my Fee upfront. I've just never had someone pay In Advance and then Dissappear all together. Even the Day of the Meeting I sent him multiple messages to make sure We were still on...Nothing.

 

 

I think next Year once I'm Advertised on Rentmen(I still havent made that Treck yet...Mostly because I've been busy with Regulars etc so havent really "Needed" to) at some point I'll message those who are Interested my Ad Info. I'm still enjoying being Annonymous, but with that comes the BS of not having Serious First time Clients...and most of You seem like Quality guys.;)
