What's going on in DC that has so many guys traveling?

I am going to be in DC next week for business and have noticed an influx of hot guys that are advertising travel to Capitol city in September.

 

It can't just be due to Congress being back in session.

 

I have never been an "A" list guy so I am not always in tune with cultural events.

I have been in DC every September for the last 5 years and this is what appears to me to be a HUGE influx. While all your reasons sound plausible this non east coast man just don't buy it.

Strangely enough, I just turn off the filter and type and you get to see whatever comes out. Whether you like it or hate it, it is all just stream of consciousness. But to answer your question is: yes, but most of it stays in my head and for the time I am here, some of it spews forth. I enjoy spewing, especially spewing forth or fifth, though that does not happen nearly as much as it did when I was younger.
