So I have an escort appointment set up for right after work on Monday. I usually don't make appointments without having the benefit of going home and cleaning up beforehand but this is a well reviewed escort and he is staying at a hotel 5 minutes away from my job. If you have a gym nearby, you could always shower there. I've done that for afterwork hookups. I've also eaten light on days on which I was having a late night hookup, taking immodium in the preceding hours to make sure the plumbing had stopped. That way when you clean out after work, you can be reasonably certain that you should be all set for the evening fun, and you can just take a super-quick regular shower at the escort's hotel, if needed.

You could just take a day off on Monday, or make up a reason to leave an hour or two early, so as to give yourself enough time to go home and prep more thoroughly, if that's your comfort level. If you're not okay with missing a day, or portion of a day of work, why not just set up the appointment with this escort much later in the evening so you can still go home? It'll significantly extend your day, but at least you'll go into the session with a clear mind, and rectum!

I'd say most escorts would include the showering as part of the agreed upon time. Back when I was working, I often needed to shower if meeting after work. I almost always discussed it with the escort beforehand-whether I could shower at their place. Sometimes I wanted to start with a mutual shower even if I wasn't dirty. Years ago there was a youngish escort visiting Dallas. I mentioned I was interested in us showering together. You could do what some fisting bottoms do. Before they start their cleanout, they take a dose of imodium. It helps keep the contents higher up in the bowel from moving downward.

I'd just go ahead ask if I could use his shower. Bonus if you ask ahead of time so he has time to ask for extra towels. I think most escorts would appreciate your consideration. Of course my favorite prep story concernes a good friend. We were going to meet at my place and then catch a train into NYC where he was to meet up with a famous escort from SF... no prize for guessing the name.

Actually not! I use freshly ground natural peanut butter... The Matzo that I most often use use is of the whole-wheat variety... so it's much tastier even with no sodium or fat as an ingredient. However, it is not as easy to locate compared to the plain variety. I then sprinkle miller's bran flakes on it... The resulting concoction is high in protein, omega 6 fatty acids, and fiber. I just need to balance the omega 6 fatty acids with omega 3 fatty acids. I do so by eating other types of nuts such as walnuts for snacks.

 

Saltines... even with unsalted tops... are high in salt and all sorts of nasty fatty ingredients. Not my thing. I plan to live forever by the way...
