Actually not! I use freshly ground natural peanut butter... The Matzo that I most often use use is of the whole-wheat variety... so it's much tastier even with no sodium or fat as an ingredient. However, it is not as easy to locate compared to the plain variety. I then sprinkle miller's bran flakes on it... The resulting concoction is high in protein, omega 6 fatty acids, and fiber. I just need to balance the omega 6 fatty acids with omega 3 fatty acids. I do so by eating other types of nuts such as walnuts for snacks.

Absolutely no "stoppage" involved... I'm not using commercially processed bran flakes. Unprocessed miller's bran being an excellent source of fiber keeps me loose as a goose.
