Getting Acclimated - some thoughts?

Hey everyone -

 

I know it has been a long time since I posted - been pretty wild time - bf and I doing the domestic thing and work...

 

Just got an offer we can't refuse to move down south - me in the south!! - Job outside Nashville.

 

Hoping the wisdom of the forum can help us get acclimated - restaurants, night life - any and all information you are willing to provide would be wonderful.

Nice to see a fellow Purple family member return to the fold. I know nothing of Nashville other than the movie and the TV show. I am sure others here will be more helpful.

To agree with PK, I know nothing about Nashville. Have a great move! It does reek of country and western music, which I am not fond of. I got talked into going on a vacation to Branson Mo many years ago. OMG, it was a week of living hell. I could have written a script, so many things happened. But, again, have a great move and enjoy your new life and each other!

My mother lived in both Nashville and Memphis. She liked Nashville better than Memphis. I have only been to Memphis.
