I don't get up to NYC often, so I personally can't give you a lot of references. The only one I can think of who sort of meets your criteria is Killian James (a member of this board). However, he's more a compact muscle stud, but he meets the rest of your criteria.

 

The only other guy I go up there for doesn't advertise any more. Although he mets most of your criteria, he physically doesn't match. I'm not sure if he's taking new clients anyway.
