Is there a forum or a site where we escort can warn other fellow workers about must avoid clients?

I had a terrible experience last night with a client that tried to haggle the price, tried to short change me, he was drunk, tried to extend the agreed time without paying extra, tried to drug me! (white powder at the bottom of my aspirin tasting wine, while he keep on pushing me to finish my drink fast), he keep on boasting how good of a lover he was and even threat me to a bad review if I don't come see him again for free.

Best part, he kept telling me how he used to be an escort when he was young, so he "gets it", he "understands the business".

Sounds like a nightmare client. By all accounts, you deserve better. Unfortunately, unless the client advertises as a client in a public source our privacy rules won't allow posting his personal information. But you should send a private e-mail to daddy@daddysreviews.com (with your escort name in the subject) and tell the whole tale so that Daddy can be on the lookout for questionable reviews coming through.

We used to have a private forum for escorts only but I probably don't need to tell you that when you have two or more homosexuals in a room there will eventually be a cat fight. The inevitable homodrama spilled over into public and someone, in the heat of the argument, copy/pasted information from the private forum into the public forums. That ended that.

Sounds like you got out of there pretty unscathed. Sorry to hear about your experience. People (escorts and clients alike) can be such jackasses.

I just don't get why people enjoy trying to take advantage of others in such a manner. Some of the horror stories I've heard from other escorts and clients... it just confounds me sometimes.

Your post made me laugh and made me sad at the same time. I love the line: "when you have two or more homosexuals in a room there will eventually be a cat fight."!!!! So funny, true, and so unfortunate. I don't mean to sound callous but obnoxious clients are probably an occupational hazard and escorts run the risk of being abused, ripped off or insulted more often than not, and that's a real shame. I often wish that we had a system here such as in Berlin or Amsterdam: a red light district where the encounters are monitored and if someone gets out of line, there's a bouncer or security person to deal with it immediately. I'm far too shy and far too much of a nervous nelly to imagine driving to a stranger's house on an outcall! I admire anybody who does that for a living.

Upload his information on http://www.badboyreport.com

It's your obligation to warn other escorts about him.

Hey Abel;

Sorry to read this & glad that you made it out unscathed! Being a "newbie" you're going to encounter a LOT of this unfortunately, but know that there are resources. (You OBVIOUSLY found the best one right here!).

Try this site as well: http://blacklistedjohn.com/custom_search.php. Men4Rent now also has a way to check client reviews, but much like the site itself, it's a waste of time.

I agree with Marylander, network with other escorts. Feel free to contact me at anytime. (FAR from a newbie here!...lol).

Abel, sorry to hear about what happened but it seems to be - very unfortunately - more common than you might imagine for the DC area (where too many people who live here think that the world revolves around THEM and they therefore can do whatever they please with others). [For others ready to jump -- Abel has advertised that he is in DC this entire weekend... which is why I mention the nation's capital.]

There is something about the make-up of people who live and work in DC that, sadly IMHO, makes encounters like the one Abel mentions here more probable than in most other cities.

Too many here (be they K-street lobbyists, politicians and their staffs, employees of the Federal Government, embassy people, the wide collective of those in the military and the suppliers and contractors affiliated with them... to name a few) think because of their title and/or position they are entitled to do anything they want. Stop into any major post-work hours bar or "in" spot eatery in this cesspool built on a swamp on the Potomac and you are affronted by the collective"I can PISS farther than you!" bravado that sadly infects so many here.

I am glad you got out without too much of a problem; alerting Daddy to who and what was involved will help but remember many in DC are lawyers (powerful but often stupid and uncouth ones) and one thing they know how to do all too well is threaten with lawsuits....

Hello, Abel ... I've admired you from afar for a long time. I'm sorry to read that you had such a bad encounter with a sorry-ass of a client. Trust me, handsome, I would treat you right! :D In other words, with the respect that's due a professional, such as yourself.

Welcome to the Message Forum! Hope to see you ... here and, one day, in person.

I have been talking to Lance Nevaro out of SF and he is thinking of launching a site where we can report bad clients to each other. I hope he does because there are a lot of scary folks out there that could be avoided

Sorry to hear! But you know what I am going to say... "Just another day in The Wonderful World of The Working Guy or Girl"

It is to bad that Info cannot be passed on about the "Douche Bag" Clients!

There's more around than you would think..especially in Large Markets like NYC.

Clearly, we must know some of the same people in "this town." ;)

Ha ha ha ArVaGuy... yes you caught me. I know too many in this place. But I also agree with what Buckguy wrote - an eclectic mixture here in DC of both "the arrogant and presumptive" as well as a good amount too of "whiney and passive-aggressive". We must pass each other in bars and restaurants.

Much as some of us obviously enjoy making fun of our fellow Washingtonians (and suburbanites can be just as dickish), there are dangerous characters of varying stripes everywhere.

The one lever you have over a drunk with no cash is that you probably can outrun them and no bystander or authority figure is going to treat them with the awe they think they deserve. DC is full of people who confuse shaking hands with a soon to be forgotten Congressman with power and a regular person will always have an advantage over that kind of insecurity and impotence. There also are people who visit DC and think they have some sort of vicarious relationship to power. We also have people who think they can argue their way out of anything (not just the lawyers) which is tough when you're drunk and only wearing your birthday suit.

I would think that some place like Hook-online.com could host something like what's being proposed. Even if a site put prohibitions on sharing identifying info like names or email addresses, there probably could be enough info shared to be useful in potentially screening someone or at least dealing with them when they show-up.

I would have been totally in favor of this idea until a few months ago when an escort I have but a distant memory of from an encounter many years ago (who one fellow boardmember charitably described as having "anger management issues") viciously attacked me by name on this site.

Some moderation, in all senses of the word, would have to be called for!

I feel sorry for Abel, but unfortunately there seem to be no sites that really serve either escorts OR clients completely. For example, a client may end up with a total flake of an escort who skips appointments, is not anything like his photos, tries to rob or blackmail him, and so forth and an escort may end up with a client who doesn't pay, demands things that the escort made clear he wasn't willing to do, etc. It has gotten to the point where a client has to contact four possibilities to see who isn't a flake - a waste of time for everyone involved including the escorts who are wasting their time since they are back-ups. Probably can't be done, but a more holistic approach would be a site that "certified" both clients and escorts based on reviews for both groups and would take into account that there will always be some differences in this type of service. This is the function that good agencies served before they were replaced by the insane free market where anything goes. This site would allow escorts to see a list of clients who were known as being good risks and allow clients to select from a list of escorts who would actually respond to inquiries and keep appointments. Probably too much to ask for, but it would save a lot of time and hassle for everyone involved.

Like Ace I'd suggest blacklistedjohn.com but it only has limited usefulness since a troublesome client could just as easily change his email and phone as he moves on to the next guy. But you never know - the one time I was inclined to submit a report I found the client was already listed, and hadn't bothered to change his phone or email. It was interesting to read how he'd had the exact same mode of operation with other escorts.

In retrospect, I'd say any of the things you listed would be "red flags" to either decline or walk out of an appointment, or at least put you on notice - starting with the haggling. I've had to walk out on appointments when things were going wrong, and was surprised and relieved that things did not go badly as I packed up and left. If you're calm and just say it's not going to work out, and not get personal or confrontational, more than likely you can probably extract yourself without a fuss. As buckguy suggests, your chances of getting away from a drunk guy are pretty good - you can always offer to reschedule when he's sobered up, just to get out the door.

As for being threatened with him submitting a bad review, fortunately Daddy's vetting process is good, and he lets the escort get the last word. Where that's happened, the escort is usually able to respond in a way that makes clear what happened and will often come off coming out even better in the long run. Chances are with this guy it was all just talk to manipulate you.

Sorry this happened! Glad you shared it here at least - it's useful for others to learn about what the patterns are and what to look out for, even if it's not possible to flag the individual.
