First let me say, how much I enjoy this forum, I am always learning, receiving information and getting great advice. The one thing I see on here is if someone starts a conversation about travel there seems to be a lot of interest. I know my passion is to see and visit as many places as I can. I would love if we had a travel section within this forum that we could go to and discuss our trips, give Ideas and tips to follow travelers. Maybe it could be called Trips not Tricks. I have been burned before going to what I thought would be a nice gay resort and get there and it is a rundown motel. Some may not mind that, I do enjoy my comfort and I like nice hotels. What’s your opinion? Believe me I love this site but I think this would be a great addition.

Daddy has a "Travel" section with two sub-forums a ways down in the list of sub-forums here and that, presumably, should cover all travel-related discussion....one forum is for traveling escorts and the other is for all traveling members....trouble is, of course, that it's not really visible when we zero in on the forums near the top of the forum list....to get more action, I've posted trip discussion in the more popular Lounge forum, but it gets moved, appropriately, to the Travel section, eventually...

I know about the travel section, but it seems to be more about where you’re going for possible hookups (sexual and non-sexual) and not where you have been. I have tried to find a travel site for gay men with good advice and I have failed.

I CONCUR and have never used as a result of its initial content! I like your suggestion: we've received information about various places, but it's not in one centralized forum!

I follow tripadvisor for most of my travel. But to be honest, I trust gay people's judgment a whole lot more than the general community regarding travel... more attention to details, good at determining value, better taste than the general pop. Yeah I'm for expanded travel info here.

Wouldn't the travel section focus almost completely on popular gay destinations? For example, I would have liked to learn more about Chicago in the other current travel thread.

The vast travel knowledge of the members and escorts, I would think this would be a great section. I think it’s such a good suggestion that you guys should chip in and rent me an escort!!! lol.

Sounds like a good idea to me -- I enjoy the travel threads whether they are purely travel or sexually oriented travel.

Since I work in the commercial aviation industry, I love this idea and would enjoy reading a travel section of this terrific forum as well.

There isn't a place in the travel section to do that. There are two separate listings for escorts and members with the Traveling Members section subheading stating "A place for members to post their travel plans in case their paths cross."

I think this is a great idea. I'm most definitely gay and I love to travel. As someone who has be around here for year I would even be willing to volunteers to help out as a moderator of the forum.
