Robert Conrad as James West

 

Oh, yes, who could ever forget Robert Conrad as James West in THE WILD WILD WEST. I just recently downloaded the complete series which I hadn't seen in years. They always managed to find a reason to get his shirt off (and this was the 1960s when that wasn't all that common!). Also, his pants were So tight they appeared to be painted on. And you always managed to find the bad guy torturing him in some homoerotic way in each episode. The first season was in black and white which was nice but then Season 2 went to color and you got his beautiful face and blue eyes. I think he was my first crush!

 

Sadly, he's quite ill these days after a car accident and other health problems but in his prime he was YUMMY!

Are we allowed to name dead actors as if they were living and still in their prime?

[thinking of the Belgian guy who shot himself in the head on set playing around with what he thought were harmless blanks ... can't recall

his name at the moment ... what a total waste of hunkhood ]
