"This thread should be locked" followed by a chorus of two dozen posters agreeing that it should be locked. Seemingly oblivious to the fact that they just prolonged the very thread they were trying to shut down.

I respectfully suggest that the Okie Zombie thread henceforth become the Gold Standard by which all future flame war threads be measured.

How about airlines, airplanes and air travel. Currently no fewer than five of the threads on the first page of the lounge are about air travel and only 15 are not.
