I don't want average and I don't want bodybuilder. I want a guy who looks fit and healthy. one who takes pride in taking care of himself, but doesn't spent his life at the gym

I pretty much agree. When I first started out hiring, I hired a couple big bodybuilders. I quickly realize that just wasn't what I wanted. In person, it was so freakish and I found I found it almost as unattractive as a fat person.

Looks like 'average' means different things to different people.

For me, 'average' means fit but not muscular or particularly defined, but not chubby or especially skinny.

I don't think that would be anyone's definition of "average." Average doesn't have muscles and isn't fit. It's the average person you see walking down the street. Average people are NOT muscular and fit.

I guess because I don't hire I don't get it lol I thought the purpose of hiring an escort was to get the kind of guy you normally couldn't get for free. If I was to ever hire I wouldn't want average. If i wanted average I could just put grinder back on my phone or visit manhunt.

Average is the person you walk past on the street and dont turn your head for. They are pretty much bland and non-descript. The "average" person in our culture does not work out, and is probably not fit, as has been said. They are the guys you would probably leave at the bar at Last call, opting to go home alone. They dont make your willie tingle....

Depends on where you are. The average person in Seattle is in better shape than the average person in Chattanooga.

I've noticed more and more ads of guys who list their builds as "average." Does anyone hire someone with an "average" build? I'm curious what the reason would be.

I list myself as average because I do have an average build. I put stocky where that's available and by stocky I mean stocky, I don't mean fat. I don't have a washboard stomach or a six pack and it's never done me any harm. I keep myself in reasonably good shape. I've seen clients that have commented on other "local" escorts with gym fit bodies who are in love with themselves and not had wonderful experiences.

About 60% of the guys I see tend to be businessmen, usually carrying a few extra pounds, married, balding and generally nice people and yes they can find the 24 year old slave to the gym guy out there in my city but I've been around now for coming up to 13 years and I still see a few guys now and again that I seen back when I first started. It's not all about the looks.......... yes it does help but having an fantastic experience is better than booking a himbo with a 6 pack, no personality who just wants a few hundred dollars for very little input.

I could lie on adverts and put other stuff, but what's the point, I get enough work so I don't need to lie to clients

I've always wondered about the word "stocky". What exactly is "stocky" Is it kinda like using the term "big boned" for a LARGE framed woman ???? Or are we just mincing words here ??

Stocky basically means FAT but you don't want to use that word. It's like BEEFY, another word that means FAT. As a culture, we came up with tons of different words to make those of us who are overweight not use the FAT word.

YUP OL, thats was kinda my take on it as well. I am so sick of "political correctness". If you are Fat, you are fat, so deal with it. Using a diff word wont make you fit into size 32 skinny jeans. :D:D

Umm, no it doesn't. I see clients and men all the time who are "stocky" or "beefy" and aren't at all fat. The tall daddy I sucked off the other night who was built like a football player (but was a coach in my mind) was "stocky." The client I'm about to go meet in 20 minutes is built like a short rugby player. He's beefy. According to the BMI charts, I'm "overweight." You'd laugh at this if you saw me.

Sorry to have to break it to you, but size 32 is not skinny. Size 28 is skinny. I've seen some six-footers who probably wear size 26.

Also, beefy vs. fat. I don't think they're the same. Take two people about the same size, shape, and weight. One could be beefy (big muscles or bones) and the other pudgy (soft and squishy).

See here for examples of sexy stocky guys (aka "average" guys), they aren't fat. Muscles with slightly higher body fat percentage is not the same as "obese", we're not talking cascading billows of adipose tissue here. Besides, everyone's personal weight desirability scales are calibrated differently. Fuck Madison Avenue and it's glorification of anorexia chic! To me 32 is definitely skinny, 28 is a toothpick. One thing I hate is being poked with protruding bones all over the place. OK, except that bone. And if looking at your abs make me think of lobster for dinner, there's too much ripping going on.

Big muscles or bones is "Muscular", not beefy. Beefy, stocky, husky are just smokescreens for FAT as others have said.... FYI, I didnt say 32 was skinny... I said fit into a size 32 skinny jeans (describing the style of the pants). Size 32 is a pretty average size.

Skinny, fat, stocky, beefy, etc. is in the eye of the beholder, and in the world of hiring that is all that matters.

Essentially true.

As far as I can tell, 'others' means operalover.

lol lol...I can't argue with that. I'm a 32 and I haven't seen skinny in the mirror since high school.

the word "other" implies more than the original, so I guess so. Is there some problem with me agreeing with him Seek ??? Or should I just dismiss my opinion ??? Not sure what the purpose of your comment was ?
