Did you know that you can only accumulate 1000 messages in your inbox before it will stop accepting new ones? That means you have to decide whom to delete, so it's sorry taylorky and noviceny. (these guys were the life of the board at one time.) That opened up ten new spaces, so send me a message and I will get it. More than 12 years and I have emptied several guys who no longer post, but once were friendly enough to communicate privately. Life goes on.

Someone actually sent me an email, which I do not prefer as I hardly ever look at that inbox, and when I went to the trouble of responding, I got a reply that he doesn't allow email replies!

Anyway, we are communicating behind the scenes. Yet I somehow remember Daddy obfuscating once when asked if he could read our private messages. But we have nothing to hide, just talk. Right?

Just yesterday, I purged most of my inbox and sent messages. It wasn't approaching full, but I'm not gonna go back and read that stuff again. Just like email, I read it, act on it if neccessary, then delete it ASAP.

Lucky me! Just checked and I still have all one thousand openings free and clear. No waiting!

Of course, since no one ever reads my posts anyway, there's no big rush either. http://www.maleescortreview.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif

Yeah, well, I am sure I sent you one once, so that means you shitcanned it! And Daddy went to all that trouble to deliver it too!

Funny you should mention this now, as the third pm I sent you last night would not go since my in and out 'Box' was full...I had no idea that there were so many that I had not deleted. All is clear this morning...

The first message in my inbox came from--guess who?--Lucky. That was in 2001, when I didn't even know who he was. I now have 134, so I don't need to empty it yet. Someday I'l sit down and read through all of them again, and see if I can remember the writers.

Actually, another poster was kind enough to send me one a few minutes ago, and it got me back to my INBOX for the first time in a few weeks. Lo and behold, there were thirty-some in there, accumulated over the years! All quite enjoyable too.

Yours was in there, of course, but unopened as there was quite a bit of postage due. http://www.maleescortreview.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif Definitely appreciate the thought however and, should my ship ever come in, I look forward to reading what you had to say.

You mean we can DELETE messages?!?! HOLY MOLEY! And I have confidence in the privacy of the messages I send to other people on the board . BUT if somebody starts saying they have a MINt WALNUT BREAD recipe then I'll have a talk with somebody because these are recipes that have been handed down in my family from generation to generation.

Yes But Charlie you have a "Life" unlike myself and many others here who have nothing to do all day but waste away chatting on line...LOL I wish I had only 134.

Lucky's post gave him initiative! However with initiative comes repercussions. Will the person who sent me that great macaroni & cheese recipe please resend it :)

Secretary of State Cordell Hull reputedly refused requests for the dept. to secretly monitor the diplomatic dispatches between Emperor Hirohito's government and its representatives in Washington, with the comment, "Gentlemen don't read one another's mail." We're all gentlemen here, right?

In glancing through my inbox, I realized that I don't remember some of the people who wrote to me, and others disappeared long ago. Whatever happened to duke37, chrismac, and Delaware Man, for instance? I had also forgot that in the early years, non-members ("guests") could use the personal message service, so I have messages that I can't even connect to a name.

That's odd. Every free email account I have is well over a thousand. My personal IP account is near 10,000. I'm like Martha Stewart, I keep everything but Spam.

I have emptied several guys who no longer post, but once were friendly enough to communicate privately.

I, too, had quite a few from this board contact me through private email who no longer post. I guess I could clean house but I have more fun things to do with my time.

Now, with Daddy's new software, PMs seem so easy and convenient. I don't trash those either, even the ones from trolls who profess their love for me. If someone PMs me and is concerned about anyone else reading it, I'm happy to respond privately if they remember to provide an email address.

Someone actually sent me an email, which I do not prefer as I hardly ever look at that inbox

I don't think it was me, but I have three addresses for you, dear. You don't always send from the same account. Is there a specific address you prefer?

we are communicating behind the scenes

It's more fun than the board these days. No trolls behind the scenes.

Yet I somehow remember Daddy obfuscating once when asked if he could read our private messages.

And don't forget, admin uses multiple names for homeland security.

since no one ever reads my posts

I read them all, except the ones on MER. I don't see any point in wasting my time there.

The first message in my inbox came from--guess who?--Lucky.

My first came from a sexy, handsome escort who posts here on occasion, and he provided great advice to this newbie at the time. October 15, 2005.

I didn't even know who he was.

I still don't know who Lucky is, but I enjoy him.

other folks are using it to share very personal information on escorts and clients.

Human nature, I suppose. You can't control other people's behavior, and gay men do like to gossip. Oops, did I just stereotype we queens?

these are recipes that have been handed down in my family from generation to generation.

I'm surprised this board doesn't have a food forum. Considering the relationship most posters here have with food, and the gayness of it all, one would think Queen Julia's Kitchen would be a great place to find the best recipes on the net. Maybe Hooboy preferred to keep his ass munching far away from his affinity for medium rare mignon with red wine reduction?

many others here who have nothing to do all day

Ah yes, the lonely homos with too much time and too few friends.

We're all gentlemen here, right?

Good luck with that.

I've emptied way more than several guys in that time period. Oh wait, you're still talking about the inbox, right? :p
