Interesting interview tonight on 'Pierce Morgan' with the cast of Dallas. I thought that everyone was really grounded. Jesse seemed a bit humble and thankful for the work that he has gotten in his career, considering so many actors are not working right now. I never really gave him much thought in the past, but for some reason tonight I thought he was, as they say in Texas, "A tall drink of water"

 

I wish them luck, but doubt that I will be watching the show...just not my thing.

I finally watched the first two episodes last night. They were good enough to keep recording them. While not the script quality of the original, that may be part of needing to bridge the gap of the years since the original last aired.

 

Linda Gray is the reason to stay tuned, and it will be interesting to see how Brenda Strong mixes in.

Yes, Linda Gray aged very very nicely I must say, compared to her contemporaries like Alexis and Krystal (saw those 2 in a play a few years back....way way too much botox). Jesse needs to get some abs to compete with Josh's 6 pack!!!!! Plot is reminding very much of the original, but will keep recording to see how things develop over the next few shows before casting the verdict.
