Very Sad indeed! Of course CF makes sure there Name is mentioned several times as was mentioned on the Muscle Service Site.

Sadly the usual "conclusions" are being hastily made as to just what happened when someone is only 22 Years Old.

My MS account seems to have expired, so I can't check the postings there, but the link above is to a posting on the CF site, where he was a heavily-featured model. I found the comments about the family's support interesting and somehow comforting, if true. Did CF post to other sites?

Does anyone KNOW the actual cause of death? In my area, the most frequent cause of death in that age group is probably car accidents. :(

Unfortunately, the other major cause of death in that group is suicide. I don't know what happened in this case, but my first suspicion was suicide simply because it didn't say. I've found that a lot of times, if it's an accident, they say it was an accident. If it was suicide, they don't say anything at all. Again, I have no idea what happened here.

It would be nice if we could avoid speculation and wait for the facts. Here we are, patrons of a website that values young men who make their good looks and hot bodies available for our enjoyment, and we should have the courtesy not to speculate when it is just a matter of time before the facts will be known. At the same time, people who were close to him are grieving, and I doubt that they need more worries about gossip being passed that may be totally inaccurate.

I have never seen his videos, and reacted probably much like others- sorry to see such a handsome guy lose his life so young.

Matthew's death defines "tragedy". He had fallen into a "lifestyle" against which, in his innocence, he had little hope of survival. In my recollection, his father, to whom he was very close, deceased two years ago, and, Matthew, himself, had just completed a year's probation for felony possession of a controlled substance in December. Yes, that was the "pit" into which he had fallen without hope of rescue; however "glossy" we might attempt to make it, the marketing and sale of flesh can be a putrid business. The good die young. . .I pray that he is in a place of light and happines and peace.

That's funny, I read something on Men of Porn that would lead to a different conclusion. According to an update from Corbin Fisher, "... I can still recall being so caught off guard when I sat Matt down at his first shoot to offer him a long-term contract with us. 'I'll have to ask my dad and see what he thinks,' he said. He did just that, talking it over with his dad and brother and even going over the contracts and paperwork with him. 'Do what feels right and makes you happy,' is what his dad told me he told Matt that day..."

In the meantime, we might want to cease speculation about his death until the cause is released. As of today, that has not occurred.

Matthew was introduced to me in a restaurant at West Palm Beach, and, I invited his friend and him to "pull up a chair". He presented very nicely, and, he was very pleasant in his manner. I might be mistaken as to the death of his father; perhaps, the death was that of his grandfather. Nonetheless, his "serious" drug abuse, which began during his "career", was a matter of fact. In any event, a very sad thing. . .

sad that he was so young, but shouldn't folks be angry at those who took advantage of him? Sean at seancody had a lot to do with this guys downfall. looks like he's trying to do some clean up work by posting this tribute page.

it's clear as day that in his last vids he was high as a kite. like seancody didn't know about his addiction? bullshit.

And you have hit the nail on the head as to my post; if anything, the boy, and, that is what he was, a boy with very little experience with the "real world and who hadn't a clue as to the "rules of the game", should have had guidance from those were handling him, not exploitation.

It's beginning to be very obvious that CF is definitely taking this Sad Situation and getting any PR they can from it. Sad Indeed!

What have they done beyond the statement referred to in the original post?

He was ,in some respects, an employee. If they had failed to comment, they would have been raked over the coals for being 'uncaring'.

If you're slinging mud, you should at least get the target right!

you are correct. old eyes, wrong website.

in my only defense, the two sites do sorta look familiar to one another.

I agree with those who have simply said how sad this is. Someone so young. Hard to imagine the sadness and pain his family and friends are dealing with now. Wonder if anyone posting after this can succeed in avoiding comments about cause of death, drugs, a record, etc. For me, none of that changes what a message should be, if one needs to be sent, that its simply sad. If there is anyone in our lives we haven't said something nice to recently, haven't expressed appreciation to for simply being in our lives or asked if there is something we can do for them - now is a good time.

If people close to the decedent don't want to hear speculation about the cause of death, they're certainly welcome to set the record straight. I, for one, think that it serves a significant public interest that causes of death are a matter of public record. It's especially helpful if revealing the truth helps prevent the death of a young person. Who knows how many lives were saved by Whitney Houston's tragic, needlessly early death?

There is a facebook page that has been set up by, apparently, family members and perhaps even his father. It's very sad. I gather from the page that he was very into ATV racing. There is a post that talks about how hard it was for him when they had to stop doing that because of the economy. That was around the same time he started doing work with CF. Another post says that they found him in bed unconscious and he never woke up.

OD confirmed as cause of death; a tragedy. He had just completed a year's probation "clean", and, by rumour, he could not overcome his addiction and fed the beast at the first opportunity. I recollect that he made remark to me that he was "big" on ATV racing, and, he travelled to events across the country, and, he had placed in several competitions, and, he was seeking sponsors. At the time of his death, he was working as a house painter at Palm Bay; apparently, again by rumour, his "gig" with CF was to "make ends meet". At the time of his death, he was attempting to transition from CF to "legitimate" modelling, and, he had an on-going dialogue with a "real" agency at Miami.

Jesus. If you Google "Sean Corbin Fisher Death," the second result is a necrophilia forum.

Title of another thread from that site: "What's your weird fetish?"

Yes, I'm serious.

though that website appears very morbid, it can't be taken seriously, of course....just some weird website owner messing around with obits of gay guys and whatever.....

using robberbaron's info two posts above and FF's google suggestion, people can find several websites - and the strange, morbid one - about his death....sad, of course....I think it was said somewhere that when CF first thought of using him (pun intended), he said he'd have to ask his father, who he worked with as a painter....that's really sad....the worst thing that can happen to parents
