Porn Legend from the Early 90's "Ryan Idol" was convicted of attempted murder of his then girlfriend in 2009.

 

It gets better.. he tried to do her in with a Toilet Tank Lid :confused: Now how "Gayly Spontaneous" is that!

Per the Sacramento Bee,he thought she pulled a knife when they were having a conversation in the bathroom and hit her with the toilet tank lid in self-defense. I don't understand how one thinks someone else pulls a knife on them. Apparently, the jury also did not understand that.

Some years back, Blade Thompson and his girlfriend were living in Palm Springs. They started having three-ways with Ryan Idol--not sure how that worked but would love to witness. Then she dropped Blade for Ryan. Thompson did not take it well and began harassing her. He was convicted and deported. Now this. I wonder if it is the same woman. Probably not.

I wonder what he looks like now. When he was doing the gay porn I bought some of his videos. They were very expensive in Canada, I don't know about the US. Probably because in those days they had to be imported and many were confiscated at the border by Canada Customs. There were court challenges, particularly by a store in Vancouver, Little Sisters, but it was a long time before Customs started letting them in. And then the technology changed and they were able to produce the videos in Canada from material electronically transferred across the border, which Customs could no longer regulate anyway.

Wait, Pornstars in unstablerelationships!? NOOOOOOOOO YOU DON'T SAY? I also love how attacking someone with a toilet tank lid is attempted murder, versus just assault with a deadly weapon, or- simply felony assault, for that matter.

 

I smacked someone around pretty good once, and I got cranked with a Felony assault, because the hospital bill was above 500 bucks. Virtually EVERY assault would be a felony then- try and find any hospital bill that WON'T be over 500 to walk in the door. Just to triage someone for blood pressure, etc, is a ton on the visit. LOL.

 

It's all about how they want to charge you, and the evidence they have. He was probably a raging mess, that's why they through the book at him. Or(just as likely), the conniving cunt of a woman started playing up the damsel in distress card to the Police. What straight cop isn't gonna try and be Johnny Bravo against this guy, just to try and get the affections of the woman? Always gotta read between the lines.

 

I'd guess this poor guy is gonna get ramrodded.

Idol had "issues" even before his mysterious jump/fall/push from a 3rd floor window in Manhattan, and he never seemed quite right after it either. I can easily see this arrest/charge having a bit of history behind it.

 

It's kind of a miracle he survived the fall at all. (Bouncing off concrete abuttments slowed his fall.) Hearing about yet another rage incident isn't much of a surprise.

I think he and Blade missed the boat on this one - I think any number of folks would have paid good money to watch movies of the two of them with the girlfriend. She must have been quite a lady - a sort of Alma Mahler Gropius Werfel (some of you will understand) of late 20th century porn.

Interesting to see just how much "Jail Time" this Dude gets :confused: Mark Dalton came out "no worse for wear" BUT he also was half the Age!

Kokoschka should probably be in parentheses between Mahler and Gropius (or was it between Gropius and Werfel? so hard to keep Alma's love life straight).
