Ok, the Scott Sloan rips off another one of us theme today got me thinking about building a checklist before hiring.

 

I'm guessing this is the correct forum to build "A Hiring Checklist"

 

1. Check for positive reviews.

2. Check for Escort's responses to any negative reviews.

3. Google the Escort's Name and phone number.

4. Never pay at the start of a session.

Ask the escort about his current look and if the pictures are current.

Ask about d&d, smoking and safe sex practice if not clearly stated.

But the absolute best as already recommended is to 411 him on the forum. (I've found other great guys this way)

Clearly state your sexual preference and confirm he is accommodating to that.

Hey guys ... it's so unfortunate to hear that a client was conned when seeking to make a connection for themselves with an escort. And, it does often shadow other escorts with negativity. Personally, I have several clients that do not choose to submit a review, thus, I don't look as credible per your checklist suggestions. Reviews are great, especially if they are positive, but some clients are not going to state in a posting that you are a positive escort experience. So keep in mind, that the behavior of one escort does not reflect the majority of the working. Also remember, most men reading these sites are well versed in hiring. Unfortunately, some that hire for the first time don't know of this site. I recommend talking with the escort you are interested in and asking questions, it's the best way to get answers.

To me, a good 10 to 15 minute conversation on the phone is absolutely crucial. You can learn a whole lot about a person in that amount of time. it's not 100% foolproof, but a gutcheck should kick in for most cons, mismatches, etc., by then.

I seriously doubt that many of the truly well-reviewed, professional working boys of the sort we're searching for in this thread would be willing to spend 10 to 15 minutes on the phone with a potential client, especially one who is clearly just "testing the waters". Why not simply demand a free hour full-service booking to see whether it's a match worth paying for next time?

My impression is that webchatting has not as yet been embraced by many escorts as a tool in marketing themselves. It is a useful adjunct to the vetting process that I have been offering to serious prospective clients for several years now. After all, photos provide nothing more than a stylized, idealized, Photoshopped snapshot in time. Most escorts must by tech savvy enough to have a webcam and a messenger account by now. In the course of a brief on cam webchat, going briefly shirtless, but no further, so as not to stray into the realm of cybersex, a prospective client has the potential to obtain some really useful impressions on which to base his decision.

I always make sure the escort has no hangups when it come to servicing a man in his late 50's who is overweight.
