I know Chad pretty well but have never seen him sexually. I am middle aged and not in the shape I was in two years ago so based on the statement "Please be 18-35 in good shape" I was always afraid to hire him though I find him attractive on many levels.

He's one of those guys who has basically made a career out of second string porn websites and video companies. Not exactly a promising resume. The pics I've seen suggest he has more problems with his waist line than I do. I think I'd pass, regardless of his "requirements".
