Exactly my thoughts also!  And both with a very minimal narrative.  

Is this suspicious?  Both profiles created by the same scammer? At least their phone numbers are different. 

It would be too bad if it is a scammer because I like Mythic's look ...

Bozo doesn't know about DevonDaley, but Bozo can state with absolute certainty, that mythicjock is real. 100% real! And he is a beautiful hunk of man 🥰.
MJ is a p/t trainer at Bozo's gym, and Bozo has lusted after him for at least two years. He wears a custom-fitted trainer's shirt, cut off at the sleeves and snug around his sculpted chest and abs. His face and physique are flawless. MJ is exactly as shown in his one RM pic. NO photoshopping, AI, etc.
MJ also has another job, so he has to be discreet. That is probably why he has only one pic, and in it, he is standing in the shadows.  He is definitely gay, and Bozo observed only one tiny, innocuous tattoo on his back. 
Bozo has only engaged in small talk with him, sensing that it may be a tad awkward to bring up escorting with him at the gym. But he is a nice, friendly guy.
Bozo gets the sense, only based on his ad, that he may be in the high-priced range. But would really like to hear some feedback...
If he delivers the goods in bed, he is a keeper!

I did contact him via IM on RM yesterday, with a routine inquiry stating my interest and asking about his fee and incall availability.  So far, no response.  I will keep you posted.

He hasn't logged into his Rentmen profile since Sept. 6.  Today is Sept. 17.  Nobody is THAT busy.

I don't know why he created this profile but he is definitely not serious about it.

Being relatively new to this, I was curious if others have had similar experiences of politely and respectfully contacting a provider and getting absolutely no response. 

My experience was with another provider but I was prompted to ask by BaronArtz commentary regarding mythicjock.  I didn't get a negative, nasty or unkind reply.  Rather, no reply at all.  I understand the transactional nature involved and a provider's right to discretion in selecting with whom to reply.  I did describe myself as safe and sane as I understand the provider is responding to a stranger.  Was that a mistake?  Any input, feedback or commentary gratefully received.

all kinds of reasons a provider doesn't respond - some good, some not so much.......your "safe and sane" mention is fine........keep your initial contact to-the-point, brief, discreet, professional, polite......in that first contact, don't ask for rates just yet and don't mention specific "acts" just yet, either......suggest a very specific day and time, but offer flexibility.......quick self-description (basic stats) is usually a nice thing to offer......ask for their thoughts and ask if they have any questions.........no guarantees!!

Sometimes it happens.

Some providers get flooded with texts and may miss yours or not get around to responding. They may be distracted, uninterested, turned off by something in the message, or simply poor communicators. You’ll probably never know the reason, so it’s best not to speculate.

Try again in a week or two. If you still don’t hear back, move on—unless you notice posters on the forum remarking about meeting them or their availability changes... then maybe try again. And don’t take it personally. Plenty of other providers will respond promptly.

Thank you.  Especially for reinforcing and reminding me not to take this personally.  It is after all a bargained for exchange/
