Again, nutrition and skincare are fundamentals. The basis of the pyramid. Add the layer of Botox + skinboosters, the layer of non invasive procedures and at the top the invasive surgery.

Obviously, how far up you go is a personal choice. But to say that you can achieve the Botox result with sleep, broccoli and retinol is wrong and misleading.

I remember the first time I had Profhilo. I wanted to throw out all my creams and lotions. I didn't 😅

Now I follow a simple skincare routine (sunscreen, vit c, tretinoin) and do regularly Botox and Profhilo. I am also often tempted by the new super skinbooster my dermatologist is enthusiastic about 😅.

This one post explains so much.

Here's something that was new to me and made me feel very special. In the middle of a long session with a new-to-me provider, we decided to get out and get something to eat. When we left my building, he took my hand. I assumed at first he was just giving me a gentle touch, but no: it became clear that he actually wanted to hold hands. And so we walked all the way to our destination holding hands, and it felt absolutely marvelous.

Frequently in life, it's the smallest gestures that leave the longest-lasting and most powerful impact  especially when they are unexpected.
