It doesn't seem like they are off to a successful relaunch.

I just give it some time.  I think it’s like a bookmark while they’re revving up.

Well when friendboy launched way back whenever, it caused a bit of controversy around these parts. A creator/rep from the site even joined the forum to ask opinions on how to make the site better.

What caused the controversy is what they seemingly are doing now... copying profiles from rentmen etc. and not letting the provider know they were doing it. Part of the problem was some of the info they copied was incorrect. Which I'm sure became an annoyance for providers being hired from friendboy. Especially when they had no clue their profiles existed elsewhere. Added problem this go round is they’re using AI generated images instead of just waiting to get the site as close to perfect before relaunch.

After the rep was confronted about these issues, he got upset and eventually stopped posting as far as I know. Well unless he starting using a new alias, as sometimes happens here.

there's no question that all COM members should entirely avoid using this website......think with your "big head"!.......a quick scrolling thru the site should confirm the utter fraud going on......try a major city's general listings (not the VIP) and you'll find a few recognized names that don't match what you know they look like, nearly identical pictures being used for multiple different listings, a general AI feel, and way too many listings!......."approved by meeting" - ha!

From a provider's recent perspective: The OG Friendboy (previously rentboy) site was great and I was able to meet quality gents. Back from a hiatus, I reviewed different sites to post my ad. I was surprised to see Friendboy.pro active again...

I browsed providers in my local area and something seemed off... most of the profiles had a generic contact me... then I saw the tell tale AI generated photo slop... then I saw 2 of my own past profiles regurgitated😶

https://friendboy.pro/boys/Geniex4u

https://friendboy.pro/boys/Geniex

The pictures are not me, but everything else from stats to profile verbiage are all me.

I don't know what happens when someone tries to contact the AI-generated profiles, but it looks like they all link back to fbagency.

Putting on my thinking cap, there are 2 possible avenues:

  1. It's legit (as any website could be). The brand took some heat and did a soft relaunch. The AI generated profiles are from past members and there as a facade to site visitors and for site indexing. In my city, there were only a handful of real profiles (they had actual contact info).
  2. It's not legit. They lure providers with a low barrier to entry to signup, then request personal and payment data to make the ad active. Now, you're compromised.

I was suspect and still am but am going to sign up and cautiously see how it goes...

Check this site out:

I think the site was down for a while, and i was like OH!  it's back!

But u can tell all the pix have that AI feel!  But what's weird is that it is using some REAL ads.

Look here:  https://friendboy.pro/boys/TrevorJames

I've never hired him, but he's been massaging for years and I've seen his ad, and that is NOT him!
BUT - the ad has a link to his actual site?

Someone is scraping actual ads and using it to build AI-generated ads??
