rickster Posted June 18 Posted June 18 Even if I was generally okay with deposits (which I am not), fifty percent seems like a very large amount for any provider and certainly for someone who has been on Rentmen for ten days and has two reviews from new members. Why would you pay a deposit to any of them when there are hundreds of others who don't demand 50% upfront? And he's a a 21-year old kid who's been in the business all of 10 days .
