My massage therapist recently offered me a deal I never saw coming. Apparently, someone wanted to observe one of my massage sessions. They wouldn't participate—just watch from the sidelines like they had somehow purchased VIP tickets to "Mid-30 Guy Gets a Massage."

In return, my massage would be free, and the observer would cover the cost of service.

To make it even more tempting, they offered to pay me to be the subject. That's when I realized I had somehow gone from massage client to unpaid performer.

Now, I am thinking I need a new therapist.

No need to change therapists as you can just say no.  But why would you?  I agree that I would not want to be filmed if that is part of the deal.  If it is just entertainment for a voyeur you might find you have an exhibitionist quality into which you had not tapped previously.   You probably have some physical attributes which the therapist thought would be of interest to the voyeur.  (Lucky you).  If you do not enjoy it, you can just chalk it up to experience.  Of course, you need to feel that this is a safe environment.  Other than that, what is the harm?

With technology available today, any and all activity taking place in an environment over which you do not possess complete control can become online entertainment for someone else without your consent.

If this provider was upfront, and would still offer a regular private fee-per-hr session in lieu of the two-way mirror thing, great! In my 30's, I might have been confident enough (though still shy) to go along. For exhibitionists, if the free massage is decent, why not??
