nomad Posted June 16 Posted June 16 There is an increasing number of IG profiles that are AI derived from real people IG profiles. They focus on changing the image of the person slightly but leave everything else in the video the same. You sometimes only catch it if you look at the towels or other background elements are the same between the real and AI fakes. I don't think IG is keeping up with screening the AI images and videos as the technology becomes more accessible to the masses. + claym and BigDMike 2
dutchal Posted June 16 Author Posted June 16 Consistent with your theory, check out the guy from Australia. He looks remarkably like Chris Hemsworth.
maninsoma Posted June 16 Posted June 16 I'll admit that I only watched through Brazil because I got bored. If the images aren't too scrubbed looking (not realistic looking skin), they have other distracting artifacts like exaggerated folds between the eyes or on the forehead or overly stern looks. There's also a much stronger homogeneity in these images than I think exists in reality. I generally continue to be underwhelmed by AI. I'm told that it's only a short time before it eliminates a ton of jobs, finds a cure for cancer, etc, etc. Yet when I type a query into Google it's AI search results frequently contains details that I know are incorrect. As they say, garbage in garbage out. Back to this slide show of fake allegedly "most handsome men," I certainly wouldn't have come up with men who look like what I saw during the first minute. + PhileasFogg 1
+ sync Posted June 17 Posted June 17 No disrespect for AI intended, but if one walks in the busier areas of NYC one will likely see "real deals" that rival the good looks of the AI gents in the above video. Whoisyourdaddy, + claym, 1sight and 1 other 1 3

Becket Posted June 17 Posted June 17 I stopped at Czech Republic. The question is often asked for whom would you spend $1000. Him. Fantasy and all, yep, but HIM!

+ SirBillybob Posted June 17 Posted June 17 (edited) One of the “C” South American heartthrobs is apparently on sabbatical in Canada’s westernmost province, working on his thesis in Comparative Geo-Orthography & AI Transcontinental Articulatory Phonetics Migration. Among his fellowship targets is an academic program situated in South Carolina’s capital, research grant courtesy of Scripps. And that’s barely into the alphabet. Edited June 17 by SirBillybob
